We stay in the Philippines for vacation for 1 month. My husband and my sons offered me to visit the Boracay. My partner and my sons enjoyed the wonderful days at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious as we booked in their presidential room. The staffs were extremely friendly, from dining, housekeeping to reception. The reception was really well informed about the Boracay destination place as they suggested us the best Italian, Korean and coffee shop establishment. I forgot the name of the dining lady supervisor and his guy waiter that always assisting us . One of the best things here are most of the staff working even supervisors are all young. That’s amazing. Looking forward to stay here again on the near future.
It was a very great and enjoyable hotel to stay with. Because they have a many exciting activities to offer also in the beach front there's a lot of commissioner that will also give you a package of trip or water activities. This Hotel has a very nice place because it is exactly located at the beachfront. They have a lot of good rooms to offer and meet your satisfactory and stay with pleasure with your family,friends and loved ones.
My boyfriend and I stay at crown regency beach resort that we booked thru online. In the day of our arrival I’m not been satisfied of the hotel room wifi, that was so very slow. I advised the hotel to improve the wifi as more guest now are really need for it. Luckily the front desk assisted us for our complaint. The reception supervisor and housekeeper show us the new room that they offered us a room transfer. Luckily again, the room is with good wifi as the wifi machine is near on our room. But still, we are so happy to stay here as the waiter always assisting us with reserved table near the koi pond and the staff are happy. The food is good as we use always to eat in the hotel for lunch and dinner. Add on the very beautiful island of Boracay and friendly people around. Wishing to stay visit the Boracay and to see again the happy hotel staffs.
We stay in this hotel last year of December. We are so glad of so many people in the Boracay. Even our hotel was fully booked. When we arrived, there are so many guests in the reception but good the group of all males receptionist handle our check in good. Breakfast was so good too and our room is nice as near on the pool area. The room was old dated but still okey and need for maintenance. Planning for next year to visit the beautiful place of boarcay island.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed for the few trips in Boracay. The facility is all broken and the room is dirty. The worst part is that the hotel staff is so emotionless and unfriendly that all our requests have been ignored over and over again. If you want to get stuff done or fixed at least you need wait for half day. These are some of our experience , Occasion 1: no hot water for the room . We have requested to have it fix the night we arrived. No one cares and nothing gets done and we can not even take a shower. It is in the tropical area as you can imagine how bad experience this is. Occasion 2 : no safety box . We have asked for it then the staff replied with not available. We have to carry the valuable stuff around when going out for tour. Occasion 3: still no hot water available the next day . We want to check out the room but they want to charge us full price on the days we booked. There is no empathy or any guilty feeling. Throughout the negotiation , the staff laughed at our situation when we asked our money back for the next few days as we need change the hotel. They have never said one single sorry but keep blaming the booking policy. I got irate by their attitude and shout it back for the ignorance of customer service. Finally the hotel manager showed up and fixed most of the issues. So everything is possible but the hotel staff at the front desk just want to give us the hard time and we wasted so much time arguing rather than seeing the beautiful white beach ! Really worst experience ever . Please don’t stay this hotel !
Booked this place for 4 days and only stayed for 3, even though it's non refundable. Here's a list of things they should consider resolving: 1. AC unit was dripping water. I didn't realize this until we checked out on 3rd day when all my luggage was wet. 2. Didn't provide a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. They did however knock on our door and asked if we wanted service. But while we were out they cleaned our room even though we didn't ask for it, which was nice, but make sure you leave your important things in the deposit box. 3. No safety deposit box in the room. There was some miscommunication with the front desk when we asked while checking in thinking their safety deposit box was at front desk. When we went downstairs they said it's in the room. We went back to our room and still can't find it. Called from our room to have someone check. They end up bringing in one. 4. The lights in the room was very dim. The light in the bathroom was out above the sink. They fixed the room but not the bathroom. We didn't bother asking again about it. 5. This is a non smoking hotel. We ate lunch in the lobby closest to the bar. There was a sign that says "NO SMOKING" and 2 tables near us still smoked. We asked the hotel to move us to the farthest table away from them. They did nothing to stop them from smoking. Then there's our food. I didn't finish it because there was so many bones in the fish we ordered from the grill menu. Lunch experience was horrible and food wasn't that great. 6.Drying rack was right outside our room. We didn't bother using it since anyone can walk by. 7. Wi-Fi was very slow. Hotel provided a pw for each device, which was kind of annoying. My husband and I each had our own pw. 8.Here's the worst part and the reason why my husband and I left on the 3rd day: There was no hot water in our shower for 3 days and the water pressure was very low. I'm guessing the hotel is trying to conserve energy. But this is ridiculous! I paid to stay at a comfortable and relaxing place. Even relaxing on the beach was much better than staying at this hotel. 1st night we showered in cold water that night and had to finish before letting the hotel know the 2nd day. They checked on it but still no hot water. Maybe too many people showered? Told them again. There was only lukewarm water. Better than cold I guess, but water pressure was still low. Hotel told us all the rooms were like that. 3rd day, cold water returned. Decided to leave and went to another hotel. We left whether or not we got our money back for the last night. I hope by leaving this review that the hotel will take action to prevent others from this experience. It was horrible that we couldn't get a warm and comfortable shower for 3 days. We should have left the 2nd day. Even though we had a large and spacious room, we ended up staying at a smaller and nicer hotel with hot water, a better pool, better breakfast buffet for $50 more than this one. In the end we were glad our last night in Boracay at another hotel was worth it. No problems with the new hotel whatsoever.
We stayed in a penthouse suite. The room lights was so dim we had to ask for them to change the bulbs. Wifi signal in the room was weak, we can't connect to it using two different phones (Samsung Galaxy s6, Nexus 6). Breakfast not that great. We have to ask for a safety deposit box because there wasn't one in our room. The swimming pool was dirty, not maintained, outdated, and half full so no one swimming in it. The worst thing was there was no hot water and not much water coming out of the shower. We told them about it and they send someone to fix it. Next time we shower, it wasn't fixed. Told them again on second day, they try to fix it again, still not fixed. On 3rd day, we can't take it anymore showering with cold water so we left even though we booked for 4 nights because it was ruining our honeymoon. Also, it's far from main road where you get dropped off by taxi so had to walk with luggages for 10 mins before you can get to the hotel.
if you want to have a very good hotel with friendly staff, clean place, nice ambiance and good service, i will recommend Crown Regency, they are the best. I will have the same hotel when i will go back here in boracay.
the amenities in the room were dated. the room WiFi didn't work and you had to go to the lobby to use WiFi. the peddlers on the beach and white beach path was overwhelming constantly being asked to book tours and activities as well as trying to be sold hats and sunshades. the boats in station 3 will run swimmers off to station 2 on white beach!!!!!!!
Only one light in the room, requested facial tissues and iron and they told me that they don't have in the hotel. room was very hot when I arrived around 8:00 PM. Air conditioner was dropping water on the bed. some insects were flying all around the hotel and inside the room and the bathroom.
