Property is located in a historical building with lots of character. Room was very spacious with kitchenette facilities, high ceilings, large windows. It is a former elementary school building rehabbed into a motel and conference center. Only negative was we missed having a TV in the room.

Amazed that thia is a non-profit organization with an amazing plan for the town. Great rooms!

This was a clean unique hotel in a town I would like to visit post Covid. Just remember there are no TV’s and they have great internet.

A uniquely beautiful setting, as all the rooms face a huge shaded courtyard. Covid-safe checkin was easy and efficient. Great location in Ajo, a hidden gem of the Southwest.

The location was great for our needs. There wasn’t a television in the room.

This is an amazing and unique place to stay in this charming town. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are friendly and informative. Plus, the Inn has a social mission of revitalizing this former mining town as a gateway to the natural diversity of the Sonoran desert and the cultural offerings of the Tohono O’odam nation and nearby Mexico. Very well done!

We are glad to hear that you appreciated the ambiance that we've worked so hard to create in this lovely historic building. The Sonoran Desert is a peaceful, serene environment. We've chosen to not have TVs in our rooms as a way to protect the ambiance we have created. We have free Wifi so that people can stay connected to the outside world while they unwind and enjoy their stay with us. Thank you for your review and come stay with us again!

We take great pride in the uniqueness that we have to offer as a former elementary school transformed into a lovely, quiet place for people to enjoy the Sonoran Desert. It is true that we don't have TV's but that gives our guests the opportunity to explore the beauty of the surroundings and unwind. We would love to have you come back post Covid so that you can experience the full charm of Ajo!
