The worst service ever not a pleasant stay .. low customer services ... not worth to stay .. i don’t recommend it at all .. We waited more than 55 mins to get an umbrella and table then finally he got it and i ask where is the table he said its not related to him .. And you cannot get another as we are four people we ordered food and we need more one more, he simply refused and i went by my self to get one .. I DONOT RECOMMEND IT ALL

We moved here from Oberoi Al Zorah as we could not find a room there for our last night. The hotel does not deserve the rating it has, it does not deserve to be in the luxury collection either. As it is the experience was truly disappointing, to top it all, it seemed worse than it probably was as we moved here from a truly stunning hotel. Ajman Saray ... i really don't know where to start. Apart from service at some areas - reception and the beach cafe, everything is terrible. Entrance is shabby, dirty and dated. Rooms are basic, breakfast is industrial, pool area and beach area service is truly bad. Food quality is definitely not more than 3 star. This is not a very old hotel but it is uncared for, and no one wants to do anything to fix it. Perhaps the beach is nice but that has nothing to do with the hotel ! The resort is like a typical all inclusive loud resort where plane loads of hungry tourists arrive all the time. There is nothing luxurious, nothing premium, nothing of quality here. I have stayed in many Luxury Collection hotels, after this one, my faith is shattered.

We stayed here recently for a couple of nights. We arrived and checked in easily, we were able to go to our room straight away, which was good. We then headed down to the pool area, there isn’t a massive amount of loungers so you might struggle to get a sun-bed. Even going at 9am it’s a struggle to get them. On the last day (the earliest we had been down) we tried to order some drinks from the buzzer service. We had pressed the buzzer at least 3 or four times when eventually someone came and told us we couldn’t order anything until after 11am even though it states 10am and 12pm for food. When I said this he said NO all inclusive until after 11! We didn’t even know there were all inclusive deals in the hotel! At this point he had no option but to get the drinks we had ordered. Pool service was by far the worst part of our stay! Each and every time we pressed the buzzer to order we had to do it multiple times to get any service. A really poor show! The hotel claims to have a kids club, but it’s not much of one, in fact my little girl went in and I went back to see how she was and she was ready to leave which never happens! I normally have to coax her out of kids clubs! There is a small toddler park, a small pool (which they weren’t allowed in),a sand pit and then some inside things. But nothing special. We quite often book hotels on the kids club facilities as being an only child my daughter likes to play with others so likes to go for a short while most days, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel just on the kids club facilities. We ate in the pool bar area through the day and again one night. The food was nice and was helped along with the buy one get one free promotion on cocktails. The other night that we stayed here we ate in the Asian restaurant. It was lovely. A really nice meal, it also happened to be ladies night so there was an offer on where ladies received a choice of four drinks between 9.00-12.00 complimentary and food had a 50% discount when dining with all ladies or 25% when in a mixed group. Although we did have to ask about both promotions as no one told us anything in the hotel. We had read it online. When checking out of the hotel my husband gave the valet parking ticket straight away so that the car would be ready when we had checked out. We were still waiting outside 15 minutes after finishing check out and that was after asking for our ticket again or the plate of the car! We were also charged for breakfast when we hadn’t taken a breakfast included offer, this was removed right away but had we not questioned what it was (it didn’t say breakfast on the bill) we would have been charged this excess amount! It makes me wonder if this happens a lot??! This hotel was nice but not what I would have thought to be in the Luxury Collection. I have stayed in other hotels in this Luxury Collection but they have all been superior to this one. I would definitely choose another before returning for a second time.

went to this hotel in feb staying for 10 days on the all inclusive option . the good —— the hotel was overall very nice ,very nice common areas ,lovely pool area , smallish but private, sandy and safe beach , nice cushioned pool loungers , room was nice ,bed was nice and comfortable quality mattress, great shower and bath , constant hot water ,good service throughout . mediocure—— as people have mentioned the “all inclusive” is somewhat restrictive with limited choice of drinks and a very limited choice of cocktails. but not big drinkers and i had researched before i booked so not moaning about that just saying that for some it would be quite a “let down” internet was a bit hit and miss at times but again hey ho nothing outside around the hotel . we had a room on the creek side which overlooks the building site opposite . while not the most attractive outlook the building site did not impact the holiday whatsoever and the room was quiet. my bad point —- and i am referring to the main buffet restaurant that is included in the all inclusive option . a lot of the food was luke warm , the food “sits” there for hour upon hour and just gets an occasional stir over , the deserts , salad options ,cheeses , cold meats and any other food options that require a temperature control have no “chilling” therefore after a few hours in a hot humid environment they become very unappetising ,not nice. they have a “seafood” buffet on a wednesday evening . again no temperature control no chilling/cooling . they just tip the seafood onto the island counter and keep topping it up ,therefore some of the seafood items are just sitting there for 5 hours plus . i had food poisoning ,sickness and diarrhoea both wednesday,s evenings after the seafood buffets. NOT GOOD AJMAN SARAY SPECIALLY WHEN THE DESK MANAGER HAS NO INTEREST IN YOUR CONDITION WHATSOEVER! I spoke to the restaurant manager/chef on a number of occasions and told him of the food temperature and hygiene issues but he became very defensive , for instance saying the food was luke warm due to people leaving the “lids” up which was rubbish as a lot of the food was not in lidded containers . the “heat lamps” do not keep the food warm whatsoever ! a lot of your food is luke warm at best , just sitting there for hours ! i can not comment on the other restaurants as these are not included in the all inclusive option ,yes you get a 95 dirham allowance for these but that may get you a starter in most of the restaurants at best ? or a burger and chips for instance round the pool in the daytime . but this is the probably best option as at least it is freshly cooked and hot.

We came to Ajman Saray as a break from Dubai. Elvis was our waiter was efficient, professional and friendly. We work in the hospitality industry so we know how hard the waiters, bar staff, kitchen staff, lifeguards and all hotel staff work. Thank you. Your hard work is not unnoticed. We will come back soon.

This hotel is purely amazing. Staff is attentative, helpful and service minded. Beach is nearby, pool area is great (and huge), restaurants are serving amazing food and of course the room itself was spacy and comfortable. Please (for your own sake) select a room with ocean view or you will get stuck with a view and noise of construction site that will not be finished anytime soon. PS, did i mention the balcony size is almost as big as the room?

We just returned back from Ajman after staying at the Ajman Saray. After landing back in the UK my partner and I couldn’t stop talking about how great the stay was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The male buffet restaurant manager should get special recognition as he always had a massive smile on his face and would go that extra step to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself was amazing. Decor and quality were to a high specification. The hotel is right on the beach offering incredible sunsets every night. We were in a creek view room and were initially concerned about the view, we needn’t have been as the view was still great and we have a hunch that the larger rooms are on the creekside of the hotel. Food and drink were enjoyable and tasty. We travelled all inclusive and were impressed with the number of items on offer. There was even the chance to eat in the other restaurants using a voucher for 90 AED per person for the food. I booked a massage at the spa for myself and my partner and we both agreed it was the best we have ever had. A couple of areas we thought could be improved, were the lifts and information regarding all inclusive. The lifts were a little glitchy, if someone got into the lift after you on a different floor the lift would forget about which floor you pressed. This meant on more than a few occasions we travelled up and down in the lift before getting to our floor. The other aspect was information of the all inclusive. We were initially worried that the hotel was too good to be true and we would have a hefty bill at the end of the stay. We kept asking if this was included in the all inclusive to which staff would say yes. It turned out our worries were unnecessary, however, better written information at the beginning may have alleviated our concerns. Overall one of the best holidays I have ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ajman Saray. Would highly recommend it to others.

Hotel check in was seamless - we were given welcome drinks. Rooms were nice - spacious and as expected for 5* hotel, you had a sofa inside. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Dinner was disappointing - we arrived an hour before they closed and the selection became limited; we had to request them to refill buffet for a few items. Pool was ok and overlooks beach. Beach was nice but lacked waves.

A beautiful property with very friendly and polite staff. Flawless service, spacious rooms and event space. Ideal for car launch. Their staff is the their biggest asset, always with a smile on their face trying to give their best to makes every guest's experience a memorable one!

I stayed here for 4 nights. When i arrived to my room lately in the night in 10 minutes late cold dinner was at my room.Room was spacious with big balcony comfortable and A/C possible to turn off what i always appreciate. Food very good staff very friendly helpful. Beach area and pool area clean and staff very helpfull and prompt to bring refreshments and customise your relax sunbed. I used SPA where i enjoyed 50 minutes body treat. From Dubai airport cca 25 min. My recommendation. Julius
