Ajman Saray is a good family hotel for a short break. Family friendly with a fantastic SPA. Rooms were modern, spacious and friendly. Always clean and with a fantastic balcony. Just one tip for the hotel, please use no or less room fragrance. The smell which housekeeping put inside the room was sometimes a bit too much. The front desk staff was always very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and food are good. We will come soon again.

Best service, clean, good location. And nice atmosphere. I like the beach and pool, Food is good but a bit expensive, also they should think to have an asian restaurent, maybe chinese or japenese. The staffs are very professional abd helpful, always smilliny and ready to go extra miles to make you happy.

Great party, entertainment was excellent Food was excellent quality and buffet refilled till 2 am Varieties of house drinks Very allerted staff they made their best to make us happy Maksood from valet parking is exceptional

Stayed at the Ajman Saray for 5 days over Xmas. Hotel staff are its main asset, all very helpful and went out of their way to assist. Food in the buffet was disappointing, not enough choice, not great quality and most dishes slightly warm, should have been hot. Visit the fish restaurant or the Arabic, superb food, best steak ever! All served hot, delicious. Visit the Escape Bar, Jay, the Barman is superb, friendly and welcoming, fabulous cocktails and Gin and Tonics. The hotel should be very proud to have him on their staff, thank you Jay! Beach nice, we would return, but please improve your food in the buffet!!

My first time but not the last! The beach by the hotel, the view, the warm pool, kind always smiling and helpful personell, amazing food and breakfast with Champaign. What could one want more in the sunlight and escape from the winter in the north? This is a heaven for couples like us celebrating our 20th anniversary here without our kids. The rooms are stylish but feel royal and every little detail makes days feel like a luxury treatment you want to have in your life away from it all.

Amazing and friendly hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much of a bother for them; we have been made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We even got a sea view upgrade upon arrival! Food is delicious and the beach is lovely. I would highly recommend.

We went to have relaxation and spa time and we did. Staff is extremely nice and spa service was very good. The pool area is very nice and I love hot pool area. Areas of opportunity is the breakfast and spa relaxation area.

We spent a long weekend as s family. Hotel is relatively small , rooms are new and pools were good. Not luxury as expected, food was average. We were expecting more relaxing atmosphere. Over all it's average hotel and if you are looking for relaxation consider other places.

We booked this knowing it was in Ajman but it looked a nice hotel on the British Airways website. The minute we arrived I knew it was a mistake. No welcome at reception at first, just told to take a seat. No welcome drinks or cold compress... nothing. Eventually we were told to come forward and checked in but the room would not be ready for several hours as it was 10am. We were asked it we wanted to pay for breakfast as it wasn't included although it was on our last day when we would be leaving to early to have it. We were shown through to the dinning room and I was aghast. Very busy with hardly a table, dirty with dishes that had not been cleared and a poor selection of food, so much so I only ordered a coffee. Outside was also very busy with no available space. The toilets in the hotel lobby were also poor, dirty and smelly. There was no way we decided we could stay so immediately looked for an alternative hotel at Jumeirah Beach and booked the Westin were we had stayed before. To be fair when we said we were not staying the gentleman on reception could not do enough to try and make us change our minds. We were offered a room upgrade to a suite and room service but we wanted to leave. We lost the money we had paid for the Ajman Saray and paid out again for the Westin Mina Seyhai but it was worth it. If you are looking for luxury in Dubai maybe this hotel is not for you!

Super hotel about a 40 min drive from Dubai airport. Great rooms and facilities and particularly excellent staff who made sure we were always looked after. Special thanks to Rahul in the beach bar who made a great effort to ensure he sourced ingredients for my husbands favourite drink.
