its about 50 min drive from Dubai. once arrived, you will realized you are like in country sea side. the hotel is great, rooms are news, with separate toilet, walk in closet, and large walk in shower. for the fan, you got also bathtub. the staff is great, listening to you, finding solution, and they make sure that you enjoy your stay. got a sea view room, fantastic one, with a great terrace, perfect to enjoy the sunset beach is great.

Ajman Saray, located next to the Arabian Gulf turquoise waters, boasts a white sand beach with 205 rooms and suites, with six dining venues, the first Lakshi Collection hotel adjacent to the beach in the Middle East. The hotel blends contemporary elegance with a touch of color and light oriental touches. Located along Ajman's pristine coastline, a short drive from Dubai and several major international airports, the resort is an accessible sanctuary from the surrounding city.

Just to say my wife and I stayed at your hotel for 17nights in May.Our room 621 creek view, thank you for a wonderful stay and thank all the staff for there hard work to make everything perfect. If you want a wonderful stay this hotel is the one for you.

I came for few drinks with my friend . Here I was taken care by Ricky. When I came here there was not much guest but slowly slowly it started getting busy . There I saw this guyRicky alone serving all the people with great efficiency and handling the entire crowd alone. The best thing about him is that he was serving every single person with the same smile . He was fast in every terms whether it is serving or taking orders . Every thing about him is superb. He is a truely efficient staff and I am amazed to see his personality . I would definitely come again to bab al bahr and would definitely see him again.ricky Ricky Ricky amazing...!!! Cheers

My Mom and I stayed at Saray for 7 nights. We booked a deluxe sea view room on 5th floor. The view was breathtaking, very beautiful. We arrived late and were offered some appetizers. It wasn’t hot meal, but some salmon, cheese, hummus, and olives. Not bad. So, the hotel is beautiful, very compact. Front desk and concierge service is top of the line. Room wasn’t cleaned well, dust was on all shelves and I had to clean it myself to put cloths. Water bottles, coffee and tea were supplied every day as many as you can drink. Beach and see was beautiful and clean. There were enough umbrellas and beds for everyone. Yes, lots of kids, but I don’t see anything bad in fact that families travel together with their children. Room and bathroom has very nice design and furnished with beautiful Arabic taste. Now bed... I didn’t think that I have ever mentioned bed in any of my reviews but that was the most comfortable bed in my life. Mattress is expensive thus very very comfortable. Hotel is offered a complimentary shuttle to Dubai mall which was very nice. Now what I didn’t like: dining experience in Vista restaurant is definitely not a 5 star. We had HB. I had to ask many times staff to refill food. And it takes forever from them to do that. One day I waited an hour for actimel yogurt. I came at 8 it wasn’t there already, and then they refilled it only at 9. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 11AM. When you come any time between 7-9AM you won’t find salmon, but if you come around 9:30-11 you will, which is weird, either put if for all time breakfast or don’t put it at all. We had barbecue night twice, both times lamb was under-cooked. Strawberry jam..... Every time I came at 8 am it was empty probably because it was very popular. Again I asked staff to have it refilled. It was gentlemen in his 50th probably supervisor of the dining room, who told me get something else for now and we will refill it shortly. Thank you, but if I needed something else I wouldn’t ask for strawberry. I would give Saray 5 star but Vista and Vista staff took one.

We arrived late at night and check in was very quick.Got to our room which was lovely had to wait for an extra bed to be put in our room, don't know why they had not put it in before we arrived .Looked out on to our balcony to a really big disappointment construction which woke us up very early in the morning i went straight to reception only to be told I would have to pay to move to another room in which I did but was not happy.Apart from that the stay was lovely.Breakfast could not be faulted.most sunbeds had towels on from very early in morning I do think the management need to sort this out.Nothing really in Ajman it's just a place to go to relax.

We stayed at the Ajman Saray for our 20th wedding anniversary week. This hotel is beautiful and very clean. We chose a sea view room and it was perfect, very spacious with a large bath overlooking the sea and it also had a separate walk in shower with plenty of shower gel and shampoo etc. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in and was huge. The room had everything you needed. The hotel has 2 pools that are very clean and refreshing with plenty of sun beds around the pool and on the private beach. The buffet restaurant had a good variety of food with themed nights every night and breakfast has a live egg station. There is 2 other restaurants within the hotel, a fish restaurant and an Arabic restaurant we ate at the Safi fish restaurant on our anniversary and chose the set menu that also included unlimited food and drinks, the sushi was amazing and you can get a voucher from reception if you are not eating in the buffet restaurant to use in either of these restaurants. There is a courtesy bus that goes into Dubai mall most days where you can shop to your hearts content an also go up the world's tallest building the Burj Kelifa (booking is a must)also experience the fountains that are spectacular at sunset. A great location with plenty to do and see. Great hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Saray for 8 days. We arrived quite late and were offered a room on the lowest floor available. We asked if we could have a room higher up and were told in no uncertain terms that this was not an option unless we paid extra for a suite. No offer of changing rooms in a day or two. The check in lady seemed more interested in selling us spa treatments. However let me offer our pros and cons. Pros Hotel room was really nice. It was a deluxe sea view room. Great to retire to early evening for a cocktail on the balcony. The staff were brilliant (apart from check in). They could not do enough for you. Special mention for Hari who organised an invite to a Ramadan Kareem which was a really good experience. Breakfast was more than adequate although we don't eat a great deal it was fine for us. The beach was really nice although a little compact. The sea can be a little temperamental . Adults only pool is really nice and very well policed. We were on half board. The buffet dinners on the whole were really good apart from BBQ evenings. Be prepared to see some of the greediest people on earth. Well furnished with water in the room. Cons So many small children it was unbelievable. These were mainly on the whole Russian family's. Seeing babies with little or no clothing in 40 plus degrees of heat was terrifying. I don't care what SPF you use, a child should never be exposed to this level of heat. Seeing people reserving sun loungers at 6.00am was laughable. Don't leave it too late About 90% of guests are Russian and they bring lots of young children. It was very difficult for a Brit to communicate with anybody. Don't expect to ever be first in a queue!! Price of alcohol and drinks in general was very expensive. We bought some cans of tonic from a local supermarket for 1.75AED in the minibar the same tonic was 16.OOAED. The BBQ nights were awful. Always running out of food and not good quality. On the whole I have to say that the hotel was great and the staff were brilliant. Get a sea facing room as the alternative is a view of a building site. Buy a bottle or two of gin from duty free and buy tonics from a local supermarkets. It will save you a fortune. My biggest complaint would be the number of very small children at the hotel. I don't know if there is a family offer in Russia but nobody I know would have their child out in this heat for any length of time especially without the right protection. If it weren't for this I would give 5 stars.

We had booked 2 sea view rooms. We were then told that one of our room is upgraded to Dana suite. Dana suite is of course a very big room, living room and huge balcony. Bathroom is very beautifully done and everything in room was luxurious. The other sea view room was also done nicely and has very good view of swimming pool and beach. The beach was ordinary but clean. There were water sports on the site. Swimming pool area is nice and lively and cozy with beach beds. Staff is kind and helpful. We were also given early checkin and late checkouts. There are 3 different restaurants in the hotel and food was good in all of them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and look forward to go back there.

Arrived Ajman late at night, counters were full of customers, lines move fast. The receptionist was super nice, and once she new I was a spg card holder, I got an upgrade to a Sea View. The room is huge and it is super 5 star. Everything is really pretty, and the Bathroom has a SEA VIEW. You need a taxi to move around Ajman, but it will not cost too much. The Gym is great, water, and towels, machines are new. You will definitely want to spend the day at the beach after work. Spent three days in May. The waves were moderate in height and fast. Everyone stays until Sunset. Nice comfortable stay. Excellent staff that are ready to help you anytime
