Step into our newly renovated spacious 45m² studio (completed end of 2024), perfectly located on the iconic Route des Sanguinaires. Enjoy breathtaking sea views from the large, furnished terrace — the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. Bed linen and towels are included to make your stay worry-free.

Inside, the studio offers a bright and airy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and of course, spectacular sea views from the terrace. Free private parking is available on-site for your peace of mind.

Sleep comfortably with a 160 cm sofa bed for two, plus a 140 cm convertible chair, ideal for children. Everything is ready for a relaxing stay — all linens and towels are provided.

A peaceful beach is just a short stroll away, and several other gorgeous beaches with crystal-clear waters are easily reachable on foot or by bus — perfect for sunny days by the sea.

Located on the picturesque Route des Sanguinaires, you'll be close to delicious restaurants, charming boutiques, and local attractions. The lively Ajaccio city center is just minutes away, giving you the best of both tranquility and convenience.
