Exceptional sea view, large terasse

The hist was very friendly, explained everything, the location was described very well. The terasse is the key feature with a beautiful sea view and lots of shade from high trees.

Idyllique!

Accueil chaleureux et emplacement de premier choix !

C'est avec beaucoup de chaleur et d'amitié que Noël nous a accueillis chez lui. Nous y avons passé un séjour formidable et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Son gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et est extrêmement bien situé sur la route des sanguinaires. La vue mer et la petite crique située à 50 mètres de l'autre côté de la route sont autant d'atouts indéniables. Nous vous recommandons évidemment cette superbe destination !

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Excellente situation proche de la mer.et d'une très belle plage à 1,5 lm. Logement indépendant spacieux et très bien équipé. Terrasse extérieur très agréable. Seul petit problème une odeur de moisissures quand on entre, causée par des infiltrations d'eau du toit..semble t il. Propriétaire charmant et très accueillant. Alain et Elyane

Haus und Platz sind durchaus großzügig; aber einige Dinge sind nicht mehr sehr ansehnlich...; die Sicht zum Meer ist sehr schön; vor dem Haus (unterhalb des Anwesens) liegt aber die Hauptstraße an der auch das Auto geparkt wird und über die man einen kleinen, eher felsigen Strand erreicht; Spaziergänge vom Haus aus erfolgen auf dieser Straße; die Busanbindung nach Ajaccio ist hervorragend! Haben den Aufenthalt aber insgesamt genossen!

Wunderbarer Ausblick, funktionale Ausstattung, freundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren Ende Juni für 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Zusammenfassend war es eine fantastische Ferienwoche mit unseren drei Kindern (9, 7 und 3 Jahre). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch und ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Dazwischen liegt eine recht viel befahrene Straße, die man zwar nicht direkt sieht, aber hört. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war umfassend, aber nicht durchgehend qualitativ hochwertig. Schade war v.a., dass die Terrasse aufgrund Plastikmöbel und Rasensprenger nicht so einladend war wie sie bei dem Ausblick sein könnte. Nicht überzubewerten aber als Hinweis gedacht: Verkehrstechnisch ist die Lage nicht optimal, wenn man Ausflüge rund um Ajaccio plant - man muss einmal quer durch die Stadt. Ansonsten gibt es an diesem Nord-Zipfel der Stadt nach ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt einen wunderbaren und weitestgehend leeren und großen Strand (Capo di Feno, ebenfalls Tipp vom Vermieter).

Maison de vacances charmante dans un cadre magnifique. Il ne manque absolument rien dans les équipements de la maison. Avantage appréciable : deux salles de bain. Propriétaire discret et cultivé. Logement situé dans un quartier calme par rapport à l'agitation et à la circulation démentielle d'Ajaccio. Paysages sauvages fabuleux à l'intérieur de la Corse ! Echanges sympathiques avec les insulaires !
