Malgré quelques difficultés pour se garer dues à un nombre de places restreint, nous avons totalement apprécié notre séjour: appartement propre, très calme et la vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Cette terrasse offre un vrai espace de vie à l'extérieur avec salon, table basse et table pour prendre les repas. Très belles plages et commerces (boulangerie, Spar et pharmacie) à proximité. Exceptionnel !

Appartement au top !!

Nous voyageons depuis pas mal de temps et nous devons dire que c'est de loin le meilleur appartement que nous avons pu louer. Équipements impeccables (même si une hôte aspirante serait un plus), terrasse immense avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Résidence calme avec les commerces à proximité. Petite surprise avec la venue de cochons sauvages au pied de la résidence tous les soirs. Vraiment un enchantement, avec un propriétaire à l'écoute de nos besoins, Véronique très sympa pour l'accueil. Nous projetons déjà y retourner l'an prochain. Merci pour ce séjour.

Un bel emplacement, à la sortie d’Ajaccio, en direction des Sanguinaires . Plusieurs plages, paillotes et restaurants à proximité. Un appartement bien conçu (nous étions 2 avec notre fille, venue nous rejoindre pour quelques jours) offrant une belle vue sur la baie, dans une résidence calme, où parfois le soir, on a la joie, la surprise et l’amusement d’entendre les cochons sauvages, juste au pied de l’immeuble, venir doucement grogner. Un bon spot que je recommande.

Appartement spacieux, très fonctionnel il ne manque rien. Vue magnifique, grande terrasse, résidence bien située au calme, proche des commerces. Le propriétaire est très réactif, à l'écoute de nos attentes. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour des randonnées, plages et restaurants pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans problème.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé, calme, très belle vue mer. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. On a pu profiter de la terrasse très bien exposée. Seul petit bémol, le parking, il vaut mieux se garer en-dessous de l'immeuble et remonter à pied. Mais ce n'est pas très pénalisant.

Très bel appartement , conforme aux photos . Très belle terrasse . Vue imprenable sur le golf d'Ajaccio et sur les Sanguinaires . Résidence très calme . Résidence parfaitement bien placée....vue exceptionnelle, quartier très calme, appartement très propre et refait à neuf, propriétaire très réactif à toute demande (même si c’ était au téléphone vu qu’il n’est pas sur l’ile) et très intentionné sur le confort de notre séjour. Même chose pour la personne qui nous a reçu pour la remise des clefs, sympathique et sérieuse ( pour exemple à notre arrivée le lit était fait...appréciable après des heures et des heures de trajet)
