The Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in Ajaccio, this charming crossing and air conditioned apartment, seen sea, located at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, hood...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- Two balconies, one with a sea view accessible from the living room and one on the courtyard side accessible from the bedroom, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, with 180° view on the Ajaccio bay.

The apartment is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment, two steps from the sea and 10 minutes from downtown. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Ajaccio is a lively city which will allow you to discover many activities, both cultural and natural but also leisure.

Chapelle des Grecs Appartement superbe !!! L’adresse et le résidence est vraiment tranquille et très belle ! Sur un balcon on vois la mer, et sur l’autre balcon la forêt, que s que on veux de plus? L’appartement très propre et avec tout que s que on a besoin pour être bien même pour un séjour plus long. Plain des places de parking en bas de le résidence. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique ! Vraiment pas loin de centre ville a pied… je pense que tout était parfait ! A la prochaine fois avec grand plaisir.
