Apartment in Ajaccio of 87m2, located near the city center and the beaches, (300 to 500 m) very clear, in a nice and calm district, with sight on the sea. This apartment of character, old entirely renovated, has nice volumes and is very well ventilated.
It is located on the 5th floor of a building, without elevator. The building is secured by an access code.
It consists of 2 bedrooms: one of 19m2 with 2 bunk beds (140x200 and 90x200), a desk, another bed 90 and a cot umbrella (possibly), and the other of 11m2 with a bed 160x200.
The apartment also has a large lounge dining room, kitchen of 28m2, lit by a window and two large French windows overlooking 2 balconies, beautiful sea view; it is equipped with air conditioning; the sofa in the living room is convertible into a bed very comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults; the apartment offers up to 8 beds.
The kitchen is well equipped, stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table and dishes for 8 people.
There is a shower room with spacious shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, towel dryer, and WC; there is also another independent WC.
At the bottom of the building, at 50m, you have a grocery store and a snack bar. In 5 minutes you can enjoy the large public garden of Casone. You will be less than fifteen minutes walk, beaches, with many water activities, the old town and its picturesque citadel, the Fesch museum, Napoleon's course and its many shops, Tino Rossi port, hiking trails such as the Crest Trail, .. A car is not necessary for all these activities.
