Une vue mer panoramique imprenable de face s'offre à vous, vous faisant bénéficier de la fraicheur du bord de mer situé à 200 m à pied. La résidence est propice au calme se trouvant entourée de pinède et de maquis. Des diverses criques de plages de sable et paillotes se situent à proximité immédiate (Barbicaja 500metres- Marinella et Scudo ). le centre ville avec ses musés,son casino,ses animations se trouve à 3.5km et les Iles Sanguinaires à 4,5 km - arrêt de bus à 200 m. commerces alimentaire à 800m - sports nautiques à proximité (plongée, voile,volley,sentiers,randonnée mer,vtt...)

Hébergement très bien situé sur la route des sanguinaires. Idéal pour deux personnes. Balcon et vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio. À proximité de toutes commodités et des plages.
