Hello!
We rent you our big house, two minutes walk from the Chevalley thermal baths. The house has a lot of charm, from 1930 redone to the taste of the day in 2016 (white paint, walk-in shower, cement tile ...) on a wooded ground (lawn, fig, cherry trees) fully enclosed. The rooms are air conditioned.

kitchen L 15M2 (American fridge, piano cooking) open to a 35M2 living room, bay window overlooking terrace and large lawn.
1 large bedroom of 17m2 (sofa bed sleeps two)
an entrance hall with cupboard
1 bathroom of 8m2 with bath, washing machine and dryer
1wc independent at the bottom and another at the top

The top:
2 bedrooms of 17 M2 (one double bed 140 in each room)
1 bedroom of 20 M2 (one double bed 140)
1 second wc
1 bathroom with walk-in shower

House with 3 box sfr, wifi, tv box, netflix, screen of 170 cms in the living room
Cute little dog accepted on request
Stop bus 20 m2 next to the gate, downtown just below a few minutes walk, just above the thermal baths.
Quiet and residential area.
we are pretty cool, if you smoke some cigarettes in the living room, we will not chase you ;-)
Very bright house with bay window with very large windows.
