Great location, spacious and beautifully renovated old town apartment. My little one loved to sleep alone in 2nd floor bedroom while the other one loved to sleep on the couch in spacious living room. Everything was great, except hot summer night without the airconditioning, which they are not allowed to install. I would love to return in maybe autumn or spring other than hot summer.

You can't beat the location of this apartment for a visit to Aix. Right off of Coers Mirabeau on a side street, with a charming market with fresh produce right outside the entry door to the building. The kitchen is perfectly serviceable. The bathroom is small but in good working order. There is a second small shower & sink (no toilette) in the main floor bedroom, which is nice to have. Very friendly host, who made the check in easy, and we were able to make it work despite not sharing a common language.The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts and not 5 is that it gets very hot in the apartment in the summer. We stayed in August when the daily temperature was getting up to 93-95 each day, and it was easily 85 in the apartment at night, and especially hot in the bedrooms which have no exterior windows (just small windows that open to the interior stairwell). Probably best to not stay here in the hot months unless you don't mind the heat.
