Reasonably priced, but neglected, Appart-hotel

We stayed for 4 nights. Slept very well, beds were good and location very quiet. Overall building is 'tired' and needs a refurb badly. Also badly managed - silly things like no soap in the bathrooms but loads of towels, very few cooking items making the kitchen unusable. Swimming pool looked dirty (we decided not to chance it). All things that a little money and better management could easily fix.

Prestation largement correcte pour le prix, mais pas à la hauteur d'un établissement affiché 3*. Petit déjeuner très tardif (démarre à 7h30), produits corrects. Appartement propre mais passable : manivelle du volet roulant cassée (mais permettant quand même de fermer), pas de lampes de chevet, juste 1 luminaire un peu blaffard pour tout le logement, meubles de salle de bain abîmés par l'eau qui éclabousse inévitablement toute la pièce, pas de sèche cheveux, équipements de la piscine très bruyants même fenêtre fermée. L'établissement fait l'affaire pour une nuit en déplacement pro, mais on n'a pas vraiment envie d'y prolonger son séjour.

pas top ma semaine de déplacement professionnel : mon appartement était au 1er étage juste donnant sur la grille d'accès au parking et au parking. Donc j'ai eu droit aux coups de klaxons, discussions que ce soit à minuit ou dès 5hrs du matin par les clients/équipes partant sur les chantiers .... l'emplacement de mon logement a fait que cela a été vraiment une contrainte durant une semaine. Rien à voir au calme et photos présentés sur les sites. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer : cintres avec poussière, table balcon idem, le sol .....

Le gros point négatif est le ménage. Beaucoup de poussière et moumoutes même derrière le sèche serviette : ne pas le toucher! Sinon il manque une commode ou armoire pour ceux dormant dans la salle à manger. Sinon personnel accueillant et qui tente de vous satisfaire lorsque vous avez qu’une mug pour 3 personnes pour le petit déjeuner. En revanche, pourquoi indiquer que la piscine est ouverte dès le 1 er mai ? Nos maillots n’ont pas servi, la piscine etait en cours de traitement de l’eau. Dommage! J’ignore si elle était chauffée

Plusieurs éléments manquaient ou étaient en mauvais état : pas de gel douche dans les supports, support de douche arraché, escaliers sales, absence de kit pour faire la vaisselle (liquide, éponge ou essuie-main) alors que la propreté de la cuisine est exigée au départ. Un volet roulant était également endommagé, et il n’y avait pas de système de tri des déchets. Enfin, la place de parking n’était pas très pratique. J’avais déjà séjourné dans des conditions similaires quelques mois plus tôt, et cette fois, c’était encore moins satisfaisant."

État de la chambre déplorable. Prise électriques mal fixé sur les murs. Support de douche rouillé et cassé. Volet roulant sans poignée pour le remonter ou le descendre. Pratiquement pas de vaisselle ou moyen de cuisiner. Seul le lit était confortable mais avec des draps trop petits résultat obligé de remettre le drap housse tout les matins pour pouvoir dormir le soir. Pas de tri des déchets non plus. Je ne recommande pas !

Séjour confortable pour dormir

Appartement pour 4 (chambre + canapé lit) au RDC coté parking. Lit vconfortable. Manque d'équipement de cuisine (petite cuillère, ...). La piscine fermée dés le 10 septembre alors qu'il fait encore très bon (26°C). La cours intérieure devrait être mieux entretenue. Elle semble abandonnée, avec des déchets.

Pas foufou

De passage dans la région l’hébergement semblait idéal, la réalité beaucoup moins. Le ménage pas fait à l’arrivée, des détritus dans le fond du jardin, des cafards dans la cuisine, des la vaisselle pas lavée dans les placards, des draps tachées dans les lits, Bref j’en passe et des meilleures, séjour avec 2 enfants, je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience
