Èrsextius, keeps from his Provençal origins the permanent smile, his own and especially the one he likes to see on the faces of his guests. His love of Provence determines his obsessive sense of hospitality as he wants everyone to keep a perfect memory of their stays. Proud of his country and his region, Èrsextius only wants a perfect memory of the decor that welcomes his guests.

The Space:
You will stay in a traditional building in a favorite neighborhood for passers-by. The accommodation is a studio type consisting of a equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. The accommodation is completely private with a separate entrance. For your comfort, bed linen, shower linen, basic kitchen essentials, and many other basic comfort elements in tourist accommodation are provided.

Guest Access:
On the day of arrival, just after 4:00 p.m., instructions will automatically arrive on the messaging system to allow you to collect the key from a secure box (at a time that suits you and without time limit) and access your accommodation independently.

The Neighborhood:
Just 2 blocks from the Saint Jean-Baptiste church or the famous Place d'Alberta, in a street lined with traders, and still halfway to the cheerful square. from the Hôtel de Ville or the Cour Mirabeau to savor the delights of the Mediterranean in the many Provençal markets.

Everything is done on foot, you are here in the historic center of the city!

Perfect location in the heart of medieval Aix. The ancient city itself is like a postcard, but very lively with specialty shops of all sorts and museums. Driving to and from Aix is difficult, so staying at the Vrbo is great. Walk out the door and you are in the center of the city. The mornings are very quiet, perfect for a run down the labyrinth of narrow streets. If you are tired of walking and need a nap, it is easy to walk to/from within 15 minutes of anywhere in the city. The rooms are perfectly clean, the appliances work great, and the bedroom is very quiet. For Americans - two things are very nice: air conditioning is strong (not weak like most of Europe) and the kitchen and bathroom are spacious. (Plenty of room in the bathroom for everything). We shopped three days in the markets in the center of the city to get fresh veggies and meat from the butcher. we were able to cook in the kitchen with everything we needed to enjoy dinner. Security is very good - there are two locked doors before entering the apt. Due to the entryway and design of the overall residential building - it is very quiet and we could not hear anything from the city. Overall, we could not imagine a better place to stay in Aix!

Right in downtown Aix.

We wanted to find a town to just relax in and we picked Aix. It was important to have a comfortable place as we were staying 13 nights. This place was perfect. One block over from rue Mirabeau. No more than 8 min walk to any of main squares in old town. Perfect location to go to all the amazing outdoor markets. And grat local restaurants less. Than five min walk. Only tiny complaint. The couch very uncomfortable a new little solid love seat would be preferable

Le lieu est agréable. Cependant je ne m'attendais pas à la configuration. Les photos font apparaitre un lieu lumineux. Ce n'est pas le cas puisque la seule fenêtre est tout au bout de l'appartement qui est en fait une unique pièce. Cela dit le soleil arrive dans l'espace chambre. Les lumieres sont necessaires sauf dans l'espace chambre.L'adresse permet en revanche d'être au coeur de la ville pietonne et le studio est super calme.Les prestations sont très qualitatives. Voici mon retour.
