The flat is located in a very quiet street, on the 3rd and top floor of a small old building, without a lift. It is less than 100 metres from the town hall and all the city's amenities and pleasures - markets, bars, restaurants, museums, etc. The flat is charming, with an uninterrupted view, terracotta floor tiles, beams, high ceilings and a wrought-iron banister on the staircase.
The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, small freezer, microwave, crockery and cutlery) opens onto a small lounge and dining area.
Bedroom (double bed 140x190 with new mattress) + small loggia with single mattress.
Large bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine.
