Nice on the eyes. Hard on the ears.

Lovely apartment with a great view BUT right over top of a very popular, noisy bar. Unless you’re hard of hearing or want to join in the party below, be prepared for lots of loud talking between happy hour and closing time. The pool is right in front of the bar, so no privacy during that time.
