L'AUBEPINE 2, 6-8 PEOPLE, SKI IN SKI OUT
Duplex apartment of 60m2, accommodates up to 8 people, is perfectly located at the foot of the piste in the heart of the village, just a short walk from all amenities and 30 meters from the cable car and ESF ski school meeting point. The apartment has been renovated, modernised and redecorated for the 2019 season.
The ground floor has been remodeled to provide more space and comfort for your stay with underfloor heating throughout this level and replacement patio doors. The bathroom has been refurbished to provide a bath with shower over, sink, WC and heated towel rail. The kitchen is extended and has new cuisinella cabinets with a large fridge, new integrated appliances including fan oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with new crockery and glassware. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette and a fondue machine.
A banquette seats 8 alongside a new freestanding fireplace and wall mounted TV. The sofa is also a double sofa bed and has views out across the piste and mountainside. Free WIFI is available.
On the first floor, the two double bedrooms have new mattresses and pillows on 160x190cm beds. The third bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm is accessible through the second bedroom only and is better suited to children. There is also a shower room with heated towel rail on this floor. Outside the apartment is a private and sunny terrace with table and chairs having views of the slopes and along the valley. There is also a ski locker, washing machine and tumble dryer available for this apartment.
Discounts are available on ski passes and ski hire for our customer.
Bed linen can be provided 30€ for single and 50€ for double (including 2 towels per person).

Directions: La Plagne Montalbert is easily accessible from the N 90 and is located 150 km (2 hrs) from Geneva, 2 hrs 15 mins from Lyon & Grenoble airports or 1 hr 15 mins from Chambery airport. It is just 15 minutes from Aime Station where the direct Eurostar from St Pancras stops, and 30 minutes from Bourg St Maurice where you have to catch the Eurostar home again. The apartment is accessible by car and being only 20 mins from the N90, it provides quick access to other world class resorts like Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel and Chamonix.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed in Aubepine and the 4th time in Montalbert. The apartment is excellent and the support provided by Olivia is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending 'Montalbert Ski' to fellow traveller and will be returning next year.

Great apartment, outstanding location, wonderful village
Aubepine is hard to beat.
its above one of the best bars in the village (awesome burgers) and between 50-100m from everything else; ski hire, baguette shop, ski lift. Its maybe 150m from the ski pass shop, but Olivia will sort those out for you anyway.
The apartment is well kitted out with great bathrooms, kitchen, living space and balcony. The only (slightly) negative point are the beds, which weren't particularly comfortable. Also the twin single room isn't great for tall people, but would be fine for children. We were 5 adults, sleeping 8 would be a challenge.
To put it into perspective, I would happily rebook the same place next year

Superbe semaine dans un appartement propre, très bien équipé. L'accueil est toujours au top, merci à Olivia.
Pour la station: comme chaque année, tous les commerçants sont très sympas et le domaine est propre. Station familiale que je recommande ++++!

Belle appartement bien situé ( dommage pour les remontées cette année) 2 belles chambres double avec rangements, un coin montagne avec porte pour enfants bien agencé et un canapé lit confortable. Équipements nickel pour 8. Juste peut être remplacer les tabourets par des chaises plus confortables. Par contre l isolation entre appartement limite ..le soir plus gênant les enfants avait du mal à trouver le sommeil ..ont entend les chaises traînées, les rires, les chants etc...en cette période de crise sanitaire l ambiance extérieur était nickel...en période normale la station doit être plus animée , l appartement est situé au dessus d un bar restaurant..d ailleurs vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ...
Olivia notre personne a contacter et qui a gérée notre réservation est une personne souriante, à l écoute, toujours accessible pour le bonheur de ses clients, merci encore à elle c est une personne formidable.

Le Rez de chaussée et les salles de bains ont été rénovés et c’est joli et fonctionnel.

Appartement bien situe et charming, les 3 etoiles valent la situation.
Par contre, pour le prix demandé, le confort n est ps a la hauteur: tres tres mauvais lit, couette fine et oreillers de mauvaise qualité.
L équipements de l appartement n est pas non plus a la hauteur: taque de cuison ne fonctionnant pas correctement, peu de plats, pas de four classic, etc....
Un petit chauffage ds le salon, inssufisant et donc nous avons eu froid car les chassis ne sont pas isole.
Les portes grincent et la porte d entrée ne ferme pas correctement sauf avec la clef.

Problème d'insonorisation entre les appartements on vivait avec les voisins .
Autre chose l'appareil à raclette les petits appareils ou ont met le fromage est complètement rayé et donc complètement cancérigène à changer !
Sinon pour le reste on a manquer de rien .
