Contemporary House on 3 levels in a hamlet nestled in hillside and enjoying a nice sunny southern exposure. Cottage offers a very good confort and a good level of equipment. Residential quiet. Beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the slopes of Aillon-le-Jeune (at 2km), 12km Margériaz. 2km from the slopes of the Aillons family resort and 12km from Margériaz. Cross-country skiing is 2km away or 12km away, in the village resort of La Féclaz/Savoie Grand Revard (renowned Nordic skiing plateau with 150km of slopes). Privileged location in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, a preserved and authentic massif between Annecy, Chambéry and Aix les Bains, cities of Art and History. Magnificent routes for cyclists as well as for hikers with the proximity of the GR96 Tour du Pays des Bauges. A developed lake with a leisure center in Lescheraines is 15km away. Ideal destination for a sporty, nature & rejuvenating family break, between lakes and gentle mountains!
