Quiet 5 minutes walk from the medieval city at the edge of the towpath, very nice new apartment of 45 m2 with large terrace of 14 m2 overlooking the Canal du Rhone in Sete with a breathtaking view of the ramparts and the tower of Constance. The apartment is on the 1st floor. he
 includes a comfortable entrance, separate toilet. A large living room with cupboard opening onto the terrace with 2 sofas including 1 convertible 140 cm, there is also a folding child's bed (1m20 x 0m60.1 bedroom with a bed 160 cm and wall cupboard, open on the terrace. terrace. Bathroom equipped with shower XL, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, electric plate, dishwasher and washing machine. A large terrace as a balcony on the Canal du Rhone in Sete for your meals, breakfasts, aperitifs with friends and of course idleness and nap 2 sunbaths at your disposal. Perfect for visiting Aigues Mortes

This comfortable, well equipped Apartment is within a few minutes very pleasant walk, over the bridge, into the centre of lovely Aigues Mortes - The Apartment is situated within a very secure modern complex, with excellent secure car parking, and has a lovely well equipped terrace overlooking the canal with it’s cruisers and with a lovely view of the Tower and corner ramparts if this fascinating and lively medieval City - Stringly recommended

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt, die große Terrasse ist toll! Die kurze Entfernung zur Stadtmauer und dem Ort sind sehr gut, da man so keinen Parkplatz suchen muss. Janine ist eine nette Gastgeberin.

Ein großartiger Urlaub

Nach einem überaus herzlichen Empfang durch Janine haben wir 12 Tage in Aigues-Mortes verbracht. Das Appartement hervorragend eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Schritte entfernt vom Zentrum von Aigus-Mortes. Beste Voraussetzungen, um Aigus-Mortes selber und die Camargue zu entdecken, was wir intensiv getan haben. Montpellier, Nîmes und Arles sind auch nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. So haben wir einen wunderbar entspannenden Urlaub mit einer Mischung aus Kultur ud Natur genießen können. Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Blick

Die Wohnung ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal und den Altstadtturm. Man hat nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Hier git es mehrere Bäckereien und etliche Restaurants. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment gleich sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alle Jahre wieder...

ja was soll man denn da noch oder wieder schreiben? Seitdem diese herrlich gelegene und hervorragend gepflegte Wohnung zur Verfügung steht, haben wir sie in jedem Jahr mindestens einmal bewohnen dürfen und so langsam ist alles wissenswerte gesagt, kann man die lobenden Worte nur immer wiederholen. Inzwischen ist da bei der Ankunft ein sehr vertrautes - so in etwa wie ein Nachhause kommen - vorhanden. Madame Troude ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist immer wieder eine Freude den Urlaub hier zu verbringen. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Top FeWo in bester Lage

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment in dieser FeWo wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet (Küche, Bad etc.) und verfügt über einen eigenen Stellplatz im Hof. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen super Blick auf die Festungsmauern von Aigues-Mortes und den Rhône-Kanal mit seinen vorbei schippernden Booten bzw. Ausflugsschiffen. Wir würden die FeWo jederzeit wieder buchen.

Same procedure as every year...

Ja, was soll man denn noch schreiben zu dieser erstklassigen Ferienwohnung. Als allererste Mieter hatten wir dieses hervorragende Objekt kennengelernt und waren seither in jedem Jahr zurückgekehrt. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt zeigt sich dieses Objekt über die Jahre. Eine Klimaanlage im Lauf der Zeit hinzu und in letzten Jahr wurde in ein neues, hochwertiges Boxspringbett investiert. Nun wurden wir von Madame Troude, einer äußerst charmanten und aufmerksamen Gastgeberin mit neuen Möbeln auf der Terrasse überrascht. Die komfortable Wohnung in der angenehm ruhigen Wohnanlage und der einmaligen Lage - den "Logenplatz" direkt am Kanal mit erstklassigem Blick auf den Tour de la Constance, dem Wahrzeichen der Stadt, bekommt man nur hier geboten - lässt uns schon heute die Tage bis zu unserer Rückkehr zählen.

Appartement très agréable et tout à fait conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme au bord du canal et à proximité de la ville fortifiée. Alle Jahre wieder - einfach top

Endlich - in diesem Jahr konnten das wir diese hervorragende Wohnung wieder einmal mieten. (Letztes Jahr waren wir aufgrund unserer unklaren Impfsituation zu spät mit unserem Buchungsversuch). Tja, was soll man denn - als regelmässiger Mieter dieser Immobilie - noch als Bewertung schreiben, ohne das es "übertrieben" klingt? Die Einrichtung ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben, in diesem Jahr hat die äußerst sympathische Vermieterin ins Mobiliar investiert und ein höchst komfortables neues Bett angeschafft. Auch war die inzwischen installierte Klimaanlage (ich war bisher nie ein Freund dieser technischen Errungenschaft) in diesem, sehr heißem Sommer eine sehr willkommene Sache. Bei uns war in diesem Jahr aufgrund eines kurzfristig aufgetretenen gesundheitlichen Problems eine besondere Situation gegeben und so wussten wir es ganz besonders zu schätzen, das Mmd. Troude es exzellent versteht zu vermitteln, das man bei ihr zu Gast ist. Merci beaucoup et a bientôt, a l' année prochain.

Toller Ausblick - sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir können uns den sehr guten Bewertungen für diese Ferienwohnung nur anschließen. Lage und Sicherheit sind TOP. Janine ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und hat die Wohnung super ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Gerne hätten wir uns mehr unterhalten (Janine spricht überwiegend französisch), aber das geht dann am Ende auch mit Händen und Füßen. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden wieder hier buchen.
