Leaves a lot to be desired.
Pro: pretty clean, fenced in yard, very spacious, AC worked well, comfortable beds, roof doesn’t leak.Cons: some lightbulbs burned out and not working including the kitchen and main family room with the one couch of the house, very little kitchen supplies (there is a coffee pot with coffee grounds and filters but no coffee mugs), lack of any kind of cleaning supplies: no paper towels, broom, dishwasher pods, no washcloths or hand towels, no working washer or dryer (washer was unplugged with standing water inside and when turned on leaked water everywhere), no door on one bedroom, and a guest bathroom and another guest bedroom has doors that wouldn’t close fully, bathtub was unusable as it had paint peeling so badly it would flake off and stick to our bodies, door with code to open has no doorknob so very hard to leave the premises-we had to either go out the front door and wait around to the carport or slam the door shut and hoped it worked, large pile of trash and garbage just sitting in the carport, there was a brand new television in the living room but no remote to turn it on (however, tv was not listed as an amenity). Also, craziest of all, the home had a foreclosure sign and warning on the front door with a court date that was during our stay. I’ve never written a poor review before but there was just too much wrong not to warn other potential customers.
