I visited during August 2019. First thing I did not like was the presence of lousy hotel staff. They did not even know how to swipe a card. They had to borrow a working swiping machine from the other hotel on other side of the road. The reception desk was unaware that, they should provide the invoice or bill during the time of check out. I had to ask.
- The corridors of the hotel are lit with zero size bulbs, where it is difficult to even see the key hole after dark. - The doorbell to my room was not working , this is after they have shifted to me a superior room , cause their corridors were dark - Next morning at around 8 am – I was just about getting dressed, when one of the hotel boys walked into my room with a master key , without even knocking He said he didn’t know the room was occupied . Incidentally this is the same boy who carries my luggage to the room the night before He was neither carrying the housekeeping tray nor anything else. Please explain why was he walking in . ( all this is visible on the supposed cameras in the lobby) The occupancy list had my name on it , he was aware of the fact yet walked in with a master key in single females room Had to throw my weight around and threaten police action at the lobby to get attention to even lodge a complaint and speak to the GM. Mr.Khosla the CEO apologised for the event The concern is not the apology post the event but the nightmare faced before. It’s a high risk place cause staff is unprofessional, there is no heed to bare minimum standards of lighting, coupled with weak key management process.
Quite a good place to be. The house keeping, the rooms. People were quite coordinative. The guy B.L. Gupta was very helpful and had a very good nature. Loved the service there and looking forward to visiting it again. Replied politely about everything asked and had a friendly nature.
When I got there, there was no internet at all except in the lobby. I complained, complained, complained. They sent two staff to play with my laptop, but nothing really worked. It seemed fairly clear to me the problem was that there was no signal on my floor. It was not my computer's problem. Finally, after 1.5 days, it worked. Normally, I wouldn't care that much, but I need to do work and I needed the internet to do that work. Finally, it was fixed and the manager was very nice to me and for my final day, the internet was strong and reliable.
I booked through Agoda for a night While Checking our the front desk staff B L Gupta does not know the meaning of Prepaid. He asked several of his colleagues but no one seems to know. It took them full 10 minutes to arrive at the conclusion that they need no money from me. After that when I asked for the bill he was like oh! You need bill also. Front desk staff seriously in need of training.
good hotel for stay near local market also enjyoing stay in president .all rooms have equally good decor and cleanliness." "All rooms are good. Hotel is its best location .A very comfortable room with all the facilities & atmosphere to make best value for money along with good in house food & best places to enjoy shopping.
I stayed here with my family. Got a warm welcome on arrival. Reception staff's very cooperative. Food and service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. I'll definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit.
The hotel is at good location the reception staffs are always helpful but there is one staff who is named as Raj who stops other staffs also to be helpful and has attitude which is not acceptable in service industry I was promised a room which I was never given all rest staffs Karan etc are always there to be help n assist so be careful of who you meet . They don’t serve food 24:7 only snacks on some timings if ur traveling with kids keep that note.
Average Hotel, Value for money, Comfortable rooms, lot of scope for improvement like mini bar was not replenished, No complimentary water bottles kept in room, which is basic. Otherwise the Location and Food is good, but serving time muat be improved.
I Checking on a very hot day, not even a glass of water was offered. when i called room service for water, had to wait for 2 hours to get one bottled water which eventually was invoiced to me while checking out. Break Fast was not provided, which even a minor Hotel are making it part of the Package.
