Beauty and history to be maintained....

Hotel is beautiful....rooms are a delight. Must say We Upgraded from the Haveli to the Hotel,as you check in at the hotel, but THE HAVELI is a few KM away. Didn’t make sense so as we were tired paid and upgraded to the HOUSE OF M.G. NO ROOM SERVICE.....breakfast in a restaurant outside, nearly by the road. Service from receptionists, very slow,no bell boys, give an hour if you need anything doing,e.g.checking out,or any other queries. The G.M.has only recently started,so have given her a few constructive criticism. However She is very pleasant and have a feeling, will get the hotel to the standards That it has potentially. The staff in the souvenir shop need to be more pleasant, simple pleases or Thankyou, won’t go a miss.
