The Room - Dirty, smelly, A/C was causing me to sneeze due to dust, toilet seat was broken, Lights in Bathroom not working, they removed my bags from the room before my checkout. Very well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We used the complementary shuttle the hotel offers to get to the airport. I would like to give a special mention to Anandhanu (not sure of spelling) a young gentleman that works the front desk. He was helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue I had.

The hotel is dated and needs a big revamp. The corridors of the hotel smell and the carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. The room is also very dated. It smelled musty on arrival and the floor was a little sticky. The towels are grey and the facilities quite basic. There are only Indian plug sockets which more modernised hotels have upgraded to UK sockets. The staff however are wonderful. The front desk team are efficient and kind and very helpful. I really hope that Sheraton can invest in upgrading the facilities and rooms as it is a very conveniently located hotel.

The breakfast from the live station is wonderful, they packed me a yummy aloo paratha as i was leaving early. The shower has good pressure and the beds are very comfortable, the only reason why I gave it 3* is because the building is outdated and the bedlinen smelt mouldy and it was not changed in my two night stay. The staff on the other hand were amazing, everyone went out of their way to help, especially Alina. She gave amazing customer service and the restaurant food was also really good. I would recommend you to try their a la carte.
