O imóvel dispõe de todo conforto e segurança. Ele tem todos utensílios e eletro domésticos para o dia-a-dia. Os móveis são bastante confortáveis e acomoda uma família com bastante espaço. O Sr. Orcalino é um excelente anfitrião, muito cordial e atencioso no atendimento de todas as solicitações.
