Comfortably furnished, with verandas and outdoor areas, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The large spaces, the 4 bedrooms, the 10 beds, the 3 bathrooms, the 2 kitchens and the outdoor spaces make it the right solution for groups of families wishing to spend their days together at the beach and the evenings in front of a grilled fish fresh.
In fact, the Villa has an internal kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge but also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

Finger weg!

Leider eine große Enttäuschung, die Beschreibung im Text passt überhaupt nicht zu dem Objekt. Es ist zwar ein Haus aber wir hatten lediglich eine Wohnung oben, die nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist (davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung). Es gibt nur eine sehr schlecht ausgestattete Outdoor Küche und keine weitere drinnen wie beschrieben. Beim Inventar hat es an allem gemangelt, bei 8 Personen hatten wir z.B. nur 4 Tassen, viel zu wenig Besteck, Ofen der kaputt ist und vieles mehr. Die Outdoor Küche ist draußen und die Wohnung ist oben, also auch relativ umständlich. Es gibt eine zweites Bad draußen, welches mangelhaft ist. Der Durchgang beschränkt sich auf 20cm die Duschtüren fallen auseinander. Generell war die gesamte Ausstattung im Haus sehr schlecht. Klobrille kaputt, Elektrokabel in der Dusche, Ofen kaputt, nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer Klimaanlage, offene Stelle beim Balkon, Kinder können rauffallen,. Es gab nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, 3 Handtücher und 4 dünne Decken bei 8 Personen. In der Beschreibung war die Rede von einem Pool, dieser stand unten im anderen Garten war aber leer, als wir den Vermieter diesbezüglich angesprochen hatten hieß es nur das stimmt nicht und es gibt keinen Pool. Bei unserer Abreise haben wir jedoch gesehen, dass der Pool für die Nachlieferung vorbereitet wurde. Die Eingangstür ist mit einem Fahrradschloss abgeschlossen, welches als Schloss dienen soll. Der Vermieter/Ansprechpartner war weder bei der Ankunft noch Abreise vor Ort.

La villa era nel complesso rispondente alle aspettative alle foto e molto comoda per 10 persone. Purtroppo l accoglienza è stata pessima perché al nostro arrivo la villa era incredibilmente ancora occupata. Ci è stata consegnata alle 9 di sera ancora in fase di pulizia.. peraltro non fatta come si deve. Il proprietario è stato nel complesso abbastanza veloce nel risolvere le problematiche che si sono presentate ma la casa va consegnata pronta da subito!
