Warning: terrible location, deceptive owner

We inquired before renting what floor apartment is on and if there are any stairs. Owner Giuseppe replied "Hi, the apartment is on the ground floor, but there are a few steps down to reach the entrances door – nothing to worry about”. There are 15 stairs and no railing. In addition, street is so narrow it is only width of 1 car. Parking on street is risky so he suggested parking a street above that requires navigating 2 additional sets of stairs. Location is in a residential apartment area that is away from tourist areas. I do not recommend you book this property. We tried to cancel and offered to pay 50% but owner would not work with us. We never even entered apartment because location was so bad. His reviews are not through VRBO so they are unverified.
