Room and hotel was totally neglected. Not maintained for the last 20-30 years. Switches were electrocuted and were giving minor shock. Non working AC. Linen and bath towels were dirty and soiled.

The experience was terrible from all possible aspects. Recommended to avoid for any occasion for any kind of traveller. We, as a family (4 adults+ 2 kids) stayed for one night in two rooms in Dec 2025 while visiting Agra. No basic amenities available in this hotel which we typically get everywhere even in a non-star hotel- terrible dirty linens, torn bedsheets, insects in bed mattress and walls, absolutely no housekeeping, no wifi (connects but no service) , no hot water, not even a clean bathroom rug, stained and uncleaned bathrooms. In short, the condition of the rooms were no less than railway station platform or a street.We booked though Expedia with pay-at-hotel option. After experiencing such horrible night, while checkout, we refused to pay the amount and demanded to speak/meet with hotel owner or manager. Even after many requests, nobody turned up from hotel management group, one person at the counter claimed himself as manager and demanded to deal with us. The guy was very adamant and was arguing to pay the full amount. Instead he was asking for late check out charges while in the morning we already checked out and agreed to keep the luggage in one room based on the consent from the person present in the counter at that time.As we had a train to catch in that afternoon,we had to end the altercation and was forced to pay 4000 Rs.(80% of the full price). In short,Goyal hotelier is running a fraud business through this hotel

This probably isn't the worst hotel in Agra but it is certainly scrapping the bottom of the barrel. Hotels.com should delist this place. The reviews gave it a 9.0? What a joke. I give it a 1/2. No hot water, the breakfasr was a joke, i slept the first night in an N95 mask from the fumes, the bed was like sleeping on a pile of newspapers. I could go on but the piece de resistance was the supposedly free breakfast and dinner options. Of course I made the mistake of ordering from the menu thinking my dinner was free and finding out at checkout my dinner was actually lunch and charged 850 rupees for it. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I left after one night of a 4 night stay and checked into the Atulya Taj literally across the street. Very good hotel WITH HOT WATER.

This is worst experience ever i had. Rooms are rundown with wall papers coming off, ceiling paints falling on bed at night, windows are unable to shut completely. Toilets is dirty, water leaking from sink making the entire toilet wet. Water supply was completly shut off in the morning and took nearly 1 hour to sort out. No hot water coming through the taps and given immersion coill to heat the water. Further the electricity went off when the immersion coil switched on. Overall it was worst nightmare. Me ans my family felt very unsafe during the stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel rooms were super clean and modern, with all the facilities working well. Food menu had a lot of variety and everything tasted great, especially the north indian dishes. Staff was really polite and very helpful throughout the stay. Parking was safe and easy to access. Location is right in the heart of the city, so moving around was simple. Check-in and check-out both were quick and smooth. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here!
