The Casa Bella has a living-dining room with open kitchen and a separate bedroom with shower room, and a partly covered terrace with garden, suitable for two to max. four persons.
It is located high above Lake Maggiore in a very quiet panoramic position close to many hiking trails and still in the village of Agra in a residential area.
The cozy equipment is with dishwasher, gas stove and kl. Grill oven, and fridge freezer and all necessary kitchen appliances, high quality furniture and garden furniture and a pellet stove (from October to April to use) for all needs very well suited.

Located above Luino, the next largest town right on Lake Maggiore, known for the weekly Wednesday market. Here is a good starting point for boat trips to the many attractions around the lake such. B. Cannero, Isola Bella & Madre, Arona etc., as well as Cannobio on Sunday to the market, tours to the Centovalli (CH), to the Lago Delio. You can also relax from here by train or bus to Milan (1 hour drive) and saves the stress of your own car.

Of course you can swim in Lake Maggiore on one of the many beaches. Lugano can be reached in about 25 minutes by car for a shopping afternoon. The
Foxtown Outlet is also about 40 minutes away in Switzerland. Other excursions z. B. in the outlets of Alessi, Zegna etc. in Piedmont.
Around the lake there are numerous mountains, valleys and rivers, partly nature reserves ideal for hiking and mountain biking

Wunderschönes Ambiente

Wunderschöne gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore! Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln! Da wir die Ruhe am Rand des Ortes sehr genießen konnten, war das perfekt für uns! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossenund kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Gartenwohnung

Alles wunderbar! Für den Gartenweg vom Carport bis auf die Terasse wäre eine Solarbeleuchtung sinnvoll, da man im Dunkeln über die Steine stolpert.

Die Ferienwohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung Top. Der Blumengarten ein Traum. Ordentlicher Carport direkt am Grundstück. Ruhiges Umfeld. Hervorrangende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zu jeder Zeit per Whatsapp vorhanden. Gerne immer wieder !!!

Schön - mit Abzügen

Positiv: - Ruhige Lage und sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Weniger erfreulich: - Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind in der Ausstattung nicht inbegriffen und es wird eine Extragebühr dafür erhoben. - Kein WLAN in der Wohnung, der Netzempfang ist insgesamt schlecht. - Das Titelfoto suggeriert einen Panoramablick, den man nicht wirklich hat.

Traumhaft

Angenehme Ruhe und Idylle. Das Bergdorf Agra wirkt ein wenig verlassen und gleichzeitig lebt es. Die Einwohner dort sind sehr freundlich, wie auch in den umliegenden Dörfern. Viele wunderschöne alte Steinhäuser, unzählige Wanderwege zu entdecken, jeden Tag Neues. Ein wunderschöne Umgebung und sehr viele Wälder und Ziele für Ausflüge in der Natur. Das Auto haben wir nur zum Einkaufen bewegt. Immer gerne wieder….nach Agra.

Ruhige, erholsame Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage am Ende des Dorfes. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer grossen Küche. Grosser Garten mit Blick auf den Lago. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist dort am richtigen Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Parva sed apta mihi

Siamo appena ritornati a Milano dopo cinque settimane ospiti di Suz e già ci manca. La casa è molto accogliente ed il paesaggio che si gode dal giardino ritempra lo spirito. Il paese di Agra è l'ideale dove rifugiarsi in periodo di Coronavirus. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit wunderbarere Aussicht . Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden sogar ein Pelletofen so dass auch Winterabende ein Erlebnis sind.

Ruhige und schöne Ferienwohnung, ein Ort zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse, Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und schönem Garten bietet alles, was man braucht, um einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu genießen. Die Lage für die Erkundung der Umgebung ist sehr gut. Von Agra aus ist man in 15 min in Luino, aber auch das Hinterland ist gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar und die Kommunikation auch in Vorbereitung auf die Anreise hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Schön aber etwas ungenau

Das Arpartment ist grundsätzlich schön, aber die Bilder und auch die Beschreibung suggerieren ein wenig was anderes. Die Sicht die man teilweise auf den Bildern hat, sind nicht vom Appartment sondern vom 20 minuten entfernten Ausichtspunkts. Man kann den See sehen aber nur wenig und er ist sehr weit weg. Zusätzlich ist mit der Angabe Internet legendlich gemeint, das man mobile Daten nutzen kann, nicht das es einen Internet Anschluss im Appartment gibt. Der Ort ist klein und ca. 20 Auto Minuten vom See entfernt. in 20-30 Minuten kann man auch verschiedenste Supermärkte erreichen. Direkt am Appartment kann es auch schon losgehen, wenn man wandern möchte, viel mehr ist aber unmittelbar in der Umgebung nicht zu tun.

Paradies

Schon mehrfach verbrachten wir wundervolle Tage in diesem kleinen Paradies hoch über dem Lago Maggiore. Wer erholsame Ruhe sucht und die wohltuende Ereignislosigkeit des wunderschönen lombardischen Seeufers liebt, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Die Einrichtung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung und der große Garten sind sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns sehr schöne Ausflugstipps, sowohl für das Seeufer, als auch für die herrliche Voralpenlandschaft. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub an diesem paradiesischen Fleckchen Erde.
