Went with family to Agra and checked in at ITC mughal for a day. The warmth at the hotel was another level. The rooms are well spacious and the cleanliness is class apart. The total upkeep of the hotel gives an awesome feeling for a perfect get away. Would surely be visiting again very soon.

I am a film director, television performer writer and a creative artist .i have written a classc love story ce ntred around the city of love, the monument of i came here at agra to hunt locations for this extravaganza. Fortunately stayed at the mughal i.t.c.agra. The monumental hotel of agra for a period of fifteen nights.i must admit that. The hospitality was unparalleled. The service was distinguished. The ambience was superb. The rooms were spacious. The food was delicious and wholesome. The vibe was just amazing. I am an avid traveller and travel around the world and stay in the bestest of star hotels. As a creative person it is very difficult for the various five star hotels to garner a positive review from me,but mughal had an impeccable imprint on my mind ,heart and soul . Build in nearly forty acres of lush green gardens..with state of the art health spa.kaya kalp. One of the best in the world. Two stunning swimming pools..lawn tennis court's. Gym.separate play area..and ofcource the famous peshawari restaurant. To add to all this extravaganza is jyoti ..the amazing sales and marketing head.a real hardworking, hospitable, humble ever smiling gem in the overcrowded crown of i.t.c.agra. i humbly request all Bombay crews to contact her for facilitations, great rates and upgrades. I am also indebted to the wonderful staff namely mr mobin, anwar sahab, tirupati ji.raam ji, umeshji, diksha ji,sadiq sahab and many more for making my fortnight awesome. Always would like to come back to this large haven of bliss and hospitality. Love and regards Vipin handa

We spent a night at ITC Mughal and booked 2 Mughal Rooms. We arrived before the schedule check in time of 2pm, and Siddhartha at the front desk was very courteous and kind enough to get our rooms ready for us. Not only that, we were upgraded to the lovely Executive Room with a bay room and a cosy sitting area which could even be converted into a bed at turndown. The two kids enjoyed running round the grounds and watching the view of the Taj from the observatory. The also had fun splashing about in the pool at every opportunity. There were some insects in the pool in the morning which were being cleared out at regular intervals. The breakfast buffet had a very good spread. Only one tip: avoid going very late on a Sunday as there may be some waiting period. ITC Mughal talks of responsible luxury, and the understated elegance and courteous service was worth every penny spent. Only one regret - our trip was too short to make use of their famed spa, but that's something to look forward to the next time!

We are happy and got what we are expecting from this property. Rooms are clean, staff is polite and knowledgeable, and buffet meals were well laid out. The dinner staff was very good but we noticed one thing unusual...they give us their names on a chit of paper to mention on TripAdvisor. Since the service has been good the one I remember was Anwar who helped us with dinner. Mohan and Sonu helped with dinner. Both the times we had attentive service. Choices for buffet were great. I tried as much as I could and everything was good enough to try again....which I did not😀...too much food. Would recommend and revisit if I still cannot afford Oberoi on our next visit with family.

5 stars are not enough to describe the great level of service!!!! Excellent excellent excellent!!!! We had an excellent 3 day stay at this property. The staff was very courteous and attended to all our requests promptly with smiles. Special thanks to Mr. Uday, Mr. Anwar, Mr. Mulayam, Mr. Shashank, Mr. Bulkesh, Mr. Udayveer, Mr. Umar Khan, Mr. Dharmendra, Mr Gajendar, Mr Subhash for making every meal a memorable one. Thank you Mr Ram for excellent room service and housekeeping staff (don't remember everyone's name) for keeping our room immaculate throughout our stay.

This hotel is such a gem, it is beautiful and peaceful, but what really sets it a part is the service. We were welcomed by charming young women who assisted our check in, and throughout our stay we were so impressed by the housekeeping staff, Dharmendra Vmesh, who even took the time to show us the amazing view of the Taj Majal. We felt very well taken care of.

Very nice hotel. I stayed there for two night. Calm and peaceful. I also had diner in their Taj Bano Restaurant and was lucky to be served by Mr Anwar. He can give you precious advices about the delicious Indian Food they serve there. Watch out for him if you plan to go there!

Been to this place after my exams wanted to rejuvenate so we had short unplanned Trip and booked this place. ITC Mughal is Such a big property. Most important is that it is maintained very well. All the worker are busy enhancing the property outlook. We had got our booking from goibibo but we had booked 2 rooms on different dates which we realized at the time of check in. But Mr Shadab who rectified it in no time. Also Mr Shadab is polite and postive personality

Staying in ITC Mughal is wonderful experience and its close proximity with Taj makes it special . You can view Taj from this Hotels's observatory also.Hotel is Very specious with beautiful garden gives very relax feeling. The food quality and service is phenomenal good and professional as well as very caring. The only limitation i could find is the small pools which are some times very crowded and no special kids room or games for keeping them busy. Some games are chargeable which can be avoided .

When you enter ITC, it seems you are somewhere else but in Agra. You enter in a world of the old colonial indian times, good trip on the time, with the confort of a 5 start hotel. Agra is surrounded by misery, the emotions you get with the contrast is difficult to forget. Agra is extremly warm, and the pool of the hotel is a must. It's also true that being european women in the pool is a "incomfortable" experience. The room is very comfy, but I found the staff a little bit classy, too much for what I'm used to in hotels like this. Breakfast is the only thing that I miss a side of more occidental contrast. If you decide to stay a night in Agra, is a good place to stay, it's very closed to the Taj Mahal. However, out of visiting Taj Mahal, there's nothing else around that make you stay
