Choose something else!
Booked a couples room but wasn't impressed when we opened the door. SUPER tiny room, we could barely open our luggage in the room. The walls weren't up all the way to the ceiling so we couldn't talk or look at something on our laptop without disturbing everyone else in the building. Our bed squeaked every time we moved, even just a tiny bit. Disturbed everyone! There was NO wifi. A plus was that we only had to share the bathroom with another couple. Not a lot of parking available. I really can't recommend this place, worst backpacker place I've lived at!

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Arrived at backpackers at 2pm. Found that we were unable to check in till 4pm which was disappointing straight off the bat but No dramas went and grabbed a coffee arrived back at 4pm. Poorly greated by the chick at reception I asked if there were any double rooms available and her face and reaction had looked like I had asked her to put down her childhood dog. Anyway I reassured her what we had booked was fine. She grabbed our bedding and key and handed over to Sam who made us feel like we weren’t even important enough to remove both his headphones from his ears. Quick tour around the place and Sam showed us our room and placed our bedding on two lower bunks. Sam left and we made our beds and headed to the beach for a surf and dinner. Returned to our dorm at 9 o’clock and went to bed to be woken later by another guesting claiming I was in her bed? She said the chick at recipetion had shown her this bed and pulled off the sheets on it. Awkward city. The other Guest went and got new sheets and made her bed leaving me to feel extermely uncomfortable. I understand this is a backpackers and a chilled out vibe is trying to be maintained. But I feel a level of professionalism is missing. Maybe assigning beds would leave guests feeling less uncomfortable and removing headphones when speaking to guests. Small things that make a difference. Apart from that beds and sheets were clean.
