Charming 34 m2 T2 4 minutes walk from the beach and next to free parking. Quietly located in the Môle district, our accommodation is close to all amenities, in particular 1 min from the Allée de la Flânerie and less than 10 min on foot from the Center Port.

Once there, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace not overlooked with a sea gap. The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people and is perfect for a small family, friends or couple of lovers.
The apartment features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
