Charming 30m² alcove studio on the ground floor, facing southeast with a 10m² enclosed terrace, which gives you direct access to the beach (20m) and the seafront promenade.
Private parking space #128.
At the entrance you will find two single beds (90cm) and a storage closet. The hallway (with a large built-in closet) leads you to the living room. There is a new 140cm sofa bed, an open-plan equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, 2 electric burners), a dining area, a sideboard, and a washing machine.

Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.

Rental price: €15 per bed for bed linen.

Towels: €10 per person.
