Aucune surprise lors de notre arrivée. Annonce qui correspond en tout point à la localisation (proximité avec la plage) ainsi que les commerces alentours. Piscine dans la résidence très bien adapté à notre situation (bébés de 16mois). Bonne prise en charge (arrivé/départ) par la dame de la conciergerie.Le logement a fait le job pour la durée de notre séjour.Le seul petit bémol c'est la propreté de certains ustensiles de cuisine, plats … pour lesquels nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivé. Accumulation de poussières et saleté derrière et alentours du meuble télé, ainsi que de toiles d’araignée au plafond. Nous avons une participation de 50 pour le ménage…Nous recommandons tout de même ce logement qui est très bien

Appartement idéalement située, bord de mer vu au top sur la terrasse.Jolie Appartement fonctionnel très calme. Très belle piscine !!! Tous a proximités à pieds. Pour précisons, la baignoire et haute à enjamber et glissante, le four marche il faut juste deviner que l'interrupteur et derriere le neon, et l'interrupteur pour les spots est caché dans un placard.Click clac très dur...Remise des clés impeccable par la conciergerie.Très bonne location...

un peu déçue ménage pas terrible, queue de la poêle brûlée et entourée d'un sopalin, assiettes ébréchées, plaque de cuisson très sale et sur la terrasse qui est sympa une table un peu petite et un seul bain de soleil qui date il faut donc se le partager. Situation de l'appartement très bien avec une belle vue sur la mer. Tout s'est bien passé et Carole qui nous a reçu à l'arrivée très sympa.......

Emplacement idéal , tout peut être fait à pied :proche de la plage des commerces et des restaurants Vue magnifique , appartement traversant , terrasse très agréable ( mais peu entretenue : banne sâle et manivelle rouillée , un seul transat …) Hotte de la cuisine très sale (peu engageante pour l’utilisation ), quelques couverts en plus serait souhaitable . Très appréciable d’avoir à disposition des produits de base : pastilles vaisselle , liquide vaisselle et éponges neuves , huile vinaigre ,sel , café et filtres , sopalin , sac poubelles . Très belle piscine mais sans aucun aménagement des abords Il serait souhaitable d’avoir à disposition 2 jeux de clés . Un appartement que je conseillerai vivement ( les points négatifs sont facilement améliorables )

Super séjour au Cap, l appartement était super, fonctionnel et idéalement placé. On peut tout faire à pied c est génial. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de transat a la piscine et pour l appartement des oreillers pour le clic clac car seuls les coussins c était un peu juste mais bon ce ne sont que de petits détails, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et plus longtemps.

Nous avons trouvé le logement agréable et spacieux pour 4. L'emplacement de la résidence est top à 50m de la mer et de tout les commerces. Petit bémol la table sur la terrasse est beaucoup trop petite, nous avons du permuter la grande de l'intérieur. Très bon séjour avec un prix très correct. Merci
