Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance au Cap d'Agde, l'appartement est fonctionnel mais avec cette chaleur il serait peut être bien de penser à mettre une clim ou un autre ventilateur car celui mis à disposition n'est pas du tout suffisant. La chambre est vraiment très petite .Sinon l'appartement est très bien placé, juste à côté de la plage, restaurant magasin. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

cet appartement manque de climatisation. Pas de stores ou volets seulement un double rideau et un ventilateur très bruyant mais vu l'exposition cela ne suffit pas. Par contre très bien situé à 2 mn de la plage. Parking sécurisé

Vacances parfaites

Location très fidèle à l'annonce, du point de vue de la situation, du décor du studio. Seuls quelques détails manquaient dans la description : présence d'un ventilateur, de nombreux couverts. Il est dommage de ne pas mettre en avant les avantages que proposent la personne qui nous accueille: location poussette, lit parapluie, chaise haute, siège auto etc ... qui permettrait aux familles de ne pas sur-charger la voiture ! L'accueil par Madame D. a été parfait et chaleureux. C'est une professionnelle qui connaît bien son travail et qui reste à notre disposition pendant notre séjour. Nos 2 filles de bas âges ont tout de suite pris possession des lieux et se sont senties comme chez elles... nous aussi d'ailleurs. Le studio est décoré avec beaucoup de soin et de goût, tout était propre et bien aménagé (quand on se situe à 50m de la plage, et avec tout ce qu'il y a à faire, le studio est bien suffisant pour dormir et manger). La douche est peut être un peu petite. Le parc est sécurisé, idéal pour les enfants qui veulent faire une petite promenade dans cette résidence très calme. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir avoir loué une semaine supplémentaire et y retournerons très certainement.

Kleines aber feines Appartment. Sehr ruhig und direkt am Hafen von Agde gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber und gut für 2 Personen eingerichtet. Mit Kindern nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen,dafür ist es doch zu klein. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Kontaktaufnahme und Abwicklung hat super geklappt.

- Merci à Mme D. Sylvie pour son accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires n'étant pas sur place ( mais pas un souci) - Séjour agréable dans une résidence potentiellement bien située calme et sécurisée. - Place parking privée très appréciable - Mobilier et appareils ménagers neufs - Manque de vaisselle en général ( 4 couverts de chaque un peu juste) - Très déçus par contre d'avoir du faire le ménage à notre arrivée - Salle de bains très petite , même pas une patère au mur . - A cette époque de l'année, avril, l'appartement manque d'ensoleillement , juste un peu le soir , cependant cela ne peut être qu'appréciable l'été. - Communication avec les propriétaires un peu particulière, uniquement presque par SMS . BILAN : séjour agréable au Cap D'Agde comme d'habitude , mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location BONNES VACANCES A TOUS

SUPER !!!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement refait à neuf, dans des tons modernes et avec beaucoup de goût. La résidence est sécurisée et très calme, avec un beau jardin. La vue est des plus agréables : la loggia et sa grande fenêtre nous ont permis d'en profiter. Le canapé-lit est très confortable. La salle de bains est certes un peu petite, mais ce n'est pas un souci. Les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place. Ils ont cependant fait en sorte que notre arrivée soit un vrai moment de plaisir. Merci à eux.
