L'appartement est très agréable, situé à proximité des commerces et animations sans en subir les inconvénients, avec accès direct à la piscine et à la plage, et une vue magnifique sur la mer ! Nous avons été bien accueillis et passé un très bon sejour !

L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans une résidence calme avec une piscine bien entretenue. L'appartement est propre et spacieux (nous étions 5) sans parler de la magnifique vue du balcon. On ne s'en lasse pas. Enfin, les parents de la propriétaire qui nous ont accueillis sont tout simplement d'une gentillesse incroyable. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésitation !!!

Schitterende locatie, alles op wandelafstand: strand, zee, winkels, restaurants, bars, etc. Onze 3 kleine kinderen sliepen samen in de grote mezzanine die zeer groot is voor 3 bedden). Keuken is aan de kleine kant maar gerieflijk. Het overdekt terras met zicht op zee is geweldig. Biedt enerzijds bescherming tegen zon (en eventueel regen, maar die hebben we niet gehad), anderzijds is het er niet benauwd. Je kan goed verluchten zodat de nachten niet te warm zijn. De residentie heeft een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad dat open is van 10 tot 20u . Een absolute aanrader voor gezinnen met 2, 3 of zelfs 4 kinderen.

Très bien situé et équipement fonctionnel !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est idéalement situé proche des commerces, des restaurants et d'une magnifique plage. Une place de parc est comprise dans la location. Seul hic, le linge de maison et le nettoyage ne sont pas proposés. Mais pour le linge, les propriétaires vous le prêtent contre 10 euros par tête. Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances en famille.

des vacances juste MAGNIFIQUE

La propriétaire que j'ai eu au téléphone est charmante, ces parents qui nous accueil à l'arrivée sont charmants et chaleureux. Un grand appartement spacieux, agréable, bien agencé, la vue est juste magnifique. Le descriptif correspond bien aux prestations et encore le réfrigérateur est de taille normal et non un petit top comme sur la photo, ce qui est super . De plus il manque des photos de la salle de bain mais elle est super aussi. Nous y étions deux adultes, une ado 17 ans et 3 enfants de 4, 8 et 10 ans . Les règles à la piscine ne sont pas forcément respecté et pas de surveillant mais bon en expliquant gentillement aux perturbateurs le soucis c'est réglé. Ascenseur tombé en panne mais dépanner dans la journée sans soucis. On a la mer, le soleil, la piscine , la ville tout à proximité un rêve...... en repartant on a eu un pincement au coeur car semaine trop courte..... il était prévu d'aller autre part l'année prochaine mais pendant le chemin du retour nous avons tous convenu de revenir des l'année prochaine et pour 15 jours .... merci encore et à l'année prochaine .

tres bon séjour

Très grand appartement, nombreux couchages. Bien équipé (correspond totalement à l'annonce). Superbe vue. Idéalement placé, piscine et plage en bas de l'immeuble. Le mail est à 2 min à pied avec tous les magasins nécessaires et les restaurants. Très facile d’accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous espérons bien y retourner si possible l'année prochaine.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Nous connaissions déjà le Cap d'Agde depuis plusieurs années mais nous n'avions jamais logé à Rochelongue. C'est un endroit très calme ou il est agréable de séjourner en famille. Toutes les commodités y sont rassemblées (mer, piscine, commerces à 2 minutes à pied). Nous avons trouvé l'appartement suffisamment spacieux pour deux couples avec 3 enfants. La vu sur mer est impressionnante. Tout était bien...dommage que le temps passe si vite. Alors peut être à l'année prochaine

Grand appartement très bien situé

Grand appartement très bien situé. Piscine, parking et plage au pied de l'immeuble. (Idéal le parking pour y laisser les affaires de plages dans la voiture sans devoir les monter et amener du sable dans l'appart). 4 étage sur 4 avec ascenseur. Appart au bout du couloir = pas de bruit. Vue sur le mer ou sur l'arrière. Belle terrasse, grand espace : 2 chambres + séjour + sdb + wc + kitchette (avec machine à laver le linge et MO) + 1 grande chambre en mansarde. Bref pas mal de place. A proximité de Rochelongue : 5 min à pied. Resto et animation le soir. C'est un piétonnier donc on peut laisser les enfants courir. Dommage que les resto font toujours un peu de tout et ne se spécialisent pas dans deux ou trois plat.
