Il se compose d'un séjour avec coin cuisine équipée et terrasse, une chambre, salle d'eau avec douche , WC indépendant, une cabine avec fenêtre. Un parking public gratuit est situé devant la résidence

SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE :
Résidence sécurisée avec ascenseur située dans le quartier des Falaises entre le Môle et l'Avant Port. Sa situation permet le choix des plages à fréquenter; plage de coquillages du Môle, plage volcanique de la Conque, et la plagette: plage de sable fin située à l'Avant Port. Les commerces de la Flânerie sont accessibles à 5 minutes à pieds. Centre International de tennis du Cap d'Agde et salon nautique du Cap d'Agde accessibles en moins de 5 minutes en voiture.

IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 490 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 90 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
Les deux chèques seront détruits dans la semaine suivant le départ si le logement est restitué dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée. Le dépôt de garantie peut également être versé en espèces.
Un ménage de fin de séjour peut être commandé moyennant un supplément.

SUPERBE APPARTEMENT

Un appartement conforme aux photos, grand et tout équipé. Un parking juste en bas, la plage à 1min, le port à 2min. Port agréable avec restaurants commerce bars. Rien à dire
