The house is located near Béziers, between the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of the Haut-Languedoc and the Canal of the South with its remarkable lock staircase. Very disappointing, swimming pool cold as heater not working. Contact details for host Novasol did not work. Eventually the heater was fixed on day 6 of our 7 day holiday. Paint flaking on kitchen ceiling. Had to make own beds up on arrival. No bedding supplied for travel cot. Birds nesting on front balcony. Broken light fitting. Faulty kettle. Poorly equipped kitchen. No hairdryer. No key for bedroom doors to balcony. No oven gloves. No toilet rolls. No response to our complaint email. Non existent customer service Would not recommend!

Villa qui n’en a que le nom maison mitoyenne avec voisins omniprésent propreté à revoir surtout en période de Covid trop éloigné de la mer 2,5 km agréable à faire à pied quand on aime marcher mais avec des enfants impossible il faut la voiture et pour se garer c’est compliqué
