Our villa is perfect for a family holiday, offering an exceptional location:
just 50 meters from the beach, and only 250 meters from shops, restaurants, and summer activities, all while being in a quiet residential area.

The house offers around 115 m² of modern comfort on a private 500 m² fenced plot, featuring:
• A master suite upstairs with a queen-size bed (160 cm), walk-in closet, and private bathroom
• Two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a child’s bed (90 cm)
• A family bathroom, two separate toilets, and a laundry room (washer and dryer)
• A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading to a spacious and bright living room
• A 50 m² south-facing terrace, completely private, with garden furniture and BBQ

Modernes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die top Lage und der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter hat uns über kleinere Mängel, die leider nicht beseitigt wurden hinweggetröstet. (z. B. Waschbecken im unteren WC ging nicht, so musste man das Küchenwaschbecken oder das im 1.Stock benutzen; wir hatten nur eine funktionierende Funkfernbedienung, die man für den einzigen Eingang aufs Grundstück brauchte; und für alle sehr enttäuschend: Pool-Licht ging nicht) Der 2 Minuten entfernte Strand ist traumhaft: feiner Sand, es geht lange flach ins Wasser, ganz viele große Muscheln... Wir waren die ersten beiden Septemberwochen da, zu dieser Zeit war es ziemlich leer am Strand und auch an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, die von dort aus zu erreichen sind. Die Einheimischen hatten zu dem Zeitpunkt keine Ferien mehr, der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war oft höchstens zu 1/3 voll. Das Haus ist über einen öffentlichen Parkplatz zu erreichen, der eine Höhenbeschränkung hat, also haben wir unsere Dachbox zu Hause gelassen.... Das Haus selbst ist wirklich schön und erfüllt die Erwartungen, die man von den Fotos her hat. Der Pool und die Holzterrasse sind das Highlight hierbei. Alles in allem super Objekt!

Idéalement située

Villa moderne avec piscine idéalement située à 2 minutes de la mer et 10 minutes du môle commercial de Rochelongue (le tout à pieds). Julien, le propriétaire, est sympathique et met tout en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un séjour agréable. Merci pour ce beau séjour en famille.
