Located in the district of Grau d'Agde, this inviting vacation home welcomes you on the banks of the Hérault. In addition to a heated pool, you also have a free mooring for a boat up to 7 m long. It is only 2.5 km to the beautiful sandy beaches. The well-equipped interiors are comfortable and very nicely furnished, and in the hot summer months air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature. You can expect a large summer kitchen and pleasant sun loungers. Stroll through the narrow streets of Agde, which makes a beautiful impression with its unique black lava stone houses and Fort Brescou. Take a detour to Béziers and Sète, the birthplace of the famous French poet and writer Georges Brassens. For diversion, there is also a choice of water sports activities, hikes in the Haut-Languedoc Nature Park or a boat trip on the Canal of the South with its nine locks. Enjoy a glass of wine on the Place de la Comédie in the middle of the historic city of Montpellier and stroll through the unique old town of Carcassonne, which with its fortifications is one of the most beautiful of its kind in the world and is sure to delight any lover of old walls.
