Zalig huis om met een grote familie te verblijven
Het is een mooi, gezellig huis in een rustige buurt. Wij verbleven er met 4 koppels en 1 kind en dat was ideaal. Het zwembad is een grote meerwaarde, zeker als het warm is. Groot overdekt terras, fijn bij regen. Bedden zijn goed. Kortbij is veel te doen, goeie restaurantjes in de buurt. Keuken is goed uitgerust om te koken. Airco in leefruimte is aangenaam. Airco in de kamers zou meerwaarde zijn of voor elke kamer een ventilator (dat was er voor 2 kamers, 2 hadden geen) want wij hebben het s nachts wel erg warm gehad, ook al hielden we door de dag de ramen en deuren van kamers dicht. Al bij al huis waar we zeker terug zouden gaan!

Nur so viel vorweg, trotz der Mängel, die wir hier beschreiben, haben wir den Urlaub genossen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin erfolgte wie in den vorherigen Beschreibungen nachzulesen, nur über WhatsApp und nicht persönlich. Den angekündigten persönlichen Kontakt ließ der Vermieterin ohne Mitteilung verstreichen. Es gibt keine Infomappe vor Ort, so dass sich alles (von der Geschirspülmaschine, dem Fernseher bis hin zur Waschmaschine-diese konnten wir bis zum Urlaubsende nicht in Betrieb nehmen oder der Müllentsorgung) selbstständig erarbeitet werden musste. Der Pool war okay, der Außenbereich war sehr ungepflegt. Die Liegen, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, gibt es nicht. Es standen lediglich zwei Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Alles andere waren Sonnenstühle, auf denen man nicht liegen konnte. Die Möblierung des Außenbereiches ist in Teilen defekt und daher teilweise nicht nutzbar. Einzig der große Runde Tisch mit 8 Stühlen sah etwas neuer aus. Positiv: Außensteckdosen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Zu den Innenräumen: die flache Duschwanne im Hauptbadezimmer hat ein falsches Gefälle. Es waren 4-5 Unterbrechungen nötig, um das Wasser mit einem Abzieher Richtung Abfluss zu schieben. Der Holzfussboden im Badezimmer ist repariert worden. Die WC-Spülung klemmte so, dass das Wasser nicht nachfloss. Bei zwei Schlafzimmern gab es zum dazwischenliegenden Bad lediglich Vorhänge und keine Türen! In der zweiten Dusche fehlte das Duschgestänge. Der Brausenkopf musste beim Duschen festgehalten werden. Keines der Schiebefester und der Schiebetüren ließ sich verriegeln. Die Einbruchsicherung erfolgte immer nur durch das Herunterlassen der Außenrollläden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt - der Innenfilter fehlte, ein Durchlauf dauerte bis zu 20 Minuten. Die Sofas sind mittlerweile völlig defekt und bisher, entgegen den Schilderungenin den vorherigen Bewertungen, noch nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht worden! Insgesamt hat das Innenmobiliar und die Küchenausstattung die beste Zeit hinter sich. Dieses gilt insbesondere auch für die Bettmatratzen! Ach ja, wir waren im Haus nicht alleine! Der Kampf mit den Ameisen im Küchenbereich hatte zum Teil schon skurrile Züge. Wir fanden jedoch die Lage entgegen früheren Bewertungen sehr ruhig-trotz Straßennähe.
