Calm and quiet, Perfect Location for a short breakaway in the off-Season

We enjoyed the location very much, perfect sunsets to be watched from a private beach property. Very well equipped kitchen(nespresso machine)and house (Netflix). Everything clean and welk maintained. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dem kleinen Häuschen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist unglaublich, dass man aus dem Haus direkt das Meer sieht und nur aus dem Garten Törchen raus muss und am Strand steht.

Strandwoning in Grau d'Agde september 2020

De realiteit overtreft de verwachtingen. Een fantastische ligging in de duinen met toegang tot het strand via 6 trapjes. Bungalow heeft alle voorzieningen, meest gebruikte kamer is het terras met prachtig zicht op zee. Aanganaam onthaal door de eigenaar, heel fijne buren. Halfuurtje wandelen naar Grau via de weg. Enige nadeel: is al verhuurd voor volgend jaar, iets gelijkaardigs is quasi onvindbaar in de buurt.

Sehr erholsam an einzigartiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus am Meer sehr genossen. Es ist super ausgestattet besonders Küchenartikel. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, sogar ARTE Deutsch. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Da wegen Covid die Anreise unklar war, hat man es uns bis zu letzt überlassen, ob wir noch stornieren wollen ohne Gebühr. Hochachtung.

Nous avons apprecié le calme et la situation directement à la plage.... Le bungalow est compact, mais amplement suffisant, vu que la vie se passe principalement à l'extérieur sur la belle terrasse couverte. L'intérieur est aménagé avec goût et l'équipement très complet. Les voisins et le propriétaire sont très sympathiques. Que veut-on de plus? A recommander sans aucune réserve...

Entspannter Pfingsturlaub am Strand

Tolle Lage und eine problemlose Anmietung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr nett eingerichtet und entspricht vollends der Beschreibung. Der Strand ist nicht sehr überlaufen und das Meer wird nur langsam tiefer und ist auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Sehr bequem war die Hängematte... Der Vermieter war sehr reaktiv und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Lage ist fantastisch und wie beschrieben. Das Häusschen ist im Wohn-/Essbereich geräumig und im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern die wir in der Vergangeheit gemietet hatten sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klein aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Die Abwicklung (Check In/Out) funktionierte reibungslos. Wir würden wieder kommen!
