This residence consists of small semi-detached villas, some of which are either single-story or have two floors.

Located in the heart of the pine forest, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being close to everything.

A 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path that crosses the pine forest. There, you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacco shop, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants, and beach huts.

Also on this beach, you'll find water sports such as jet skiing, tubing, banana boat rides, pedal boats, etc.

The harbor center is a 15-minute walk away.
The agency is a 10-minute walk away.
