A lovely apartment with lagoon and sea views for 4 people, located in a residence with a swimming pool (open from the end of May to the end of September), near the leisure park and 230 meters from Aqualand and Aquaparc. One of the most beautiful beaches in Cap d'Agde, Rochelongue beach, with its beach bars and restaurants, is 500 meters away.

This pleasant 28 m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove features a 7.8 m² south-facing terrace and sleeps 4. It offers magnificent views of the lagoon and the sea. There is no assigned parking space, but private parking is available within the residence. You will have access to the parking area, but we cannot guarantee a space.

This apartment comprises a bathroom with a shower and sink, a separate toilet, a small equipped kitchen (washing machine, two-burner electric hob, small refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, mini-oven, microwave), a bedroom with two single beds (80cm) and a sleeping alcove with a single bed (80cm), a dining area in the living room, and a lounge area with a TV and a sofa bed overlooking the terrace.

The large bay window is equipped with an electric roller shutter.

Usual utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

The television offers French channels only.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which offers a Wi-Fi hotspot (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request this from the agency if needed.

Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
