Environnement bruyant (proche d'une route très passante et rapide, village vacances proches avec soirées musicales jusqu'à 2h du matin tous les jours). L'appartement est situé dans une résidence avec piscine, tennis proche des commerces. Équipements de l'appartement vieillissants.
