Belle maison spacieuse, propre avec tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire en fonction des besoins et selon la saison oĂč l'on s'y rend. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Quartier calme. PossibilitĂ© de garer plusieurs vĂ©hicules Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© la piscine car pĂ©riode hivernale.TrĂšs bonne communication, avant/pendant et aprĂšs notre sĂ©jour. Bra semesterboende med pool. Reser man till denna regionen i Juli/ Augusti ska man vara medveten om att det Àr varmt, boendet har ingen aircondition. Spisen Àr underdimensionerad för matlagning för 10, tog evigheter att fÄ saker varmt. Vi köpte ny kaffebryggare dÄ den nuvarande tog 30min för att brygga 4 koppar, borde inte lÀngre vara ett problem. Diskmaskinen började lÀcka, inga verktyg pÄ plats, fixade detta sjÀlva men en liten verktygslÄda vore lÀmpligt, dÄ man inte vill stÄ och passa pÄ en hantverkare mm pÄ sin semester. Poolen Àr fantastisk och lyfter omdömet, att beakta Àr att det Àr inte stÄhejs för mindre barn. Runt poolen fanns tillrÀckligt med solstolar mm men statusen var lite si och sÄ samtidigt stod det massa trasiga solstolar runt poolen, jag rekommenderar att man stÀdar undan dem ger ett dÄligt intryck. Bra med tvÀtt möjligheter, funkar mycket bra. Parkering pÄ tomten funkar mycket bra. Det fanns Wi-Fi. Vi Àr vana att hyra i Frankrike och standarden Àr i bland lite upp och ner, detta boende uppfyllde vÄra förvÀntningar och vi hade en trevlig vecka.

Dommage que le Wifi n’aie pas fonctionnĂ© et surtout que nous n’ayions pas Ă©tĂ© avertis de ce problĂšme avant d’arriver : des personnes comptaient dessus pour travailler, et on n’avait pas de tĂ©lĂ© non plus... La table pour 15 est trĂšs trĂšs juste, surtout avec des chaises trop larges. Sinon tout le me reste est bien, la maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Mobilier minimaliste dans le chambres nĂ©anmoins ( une chaise et une table de chevet en plus ?).

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Agde – nicht zuletzt aufgrund dieser Villa!

Lage: Ruhige Lage, Straße ist wenig befahren, Mauer schĂŒtzt den Poolbereich vor Blicken GrundstĂŒck: Praktisch angeordnet, Parken mit 3 grĂ¶ĂŸeren Fahrzeugen möglich, zusĂ€tzlich Garage vorhanden. Insgesamt mutet das GrundstĂŒck sehr freundlich und „ortstypisch“ (Vegetation, Böden) an. Pool: Traumhafter Pool, ca. 4 x 8 Meter groß mit unterschiedlichen Tiefenbereiche. Bei Nacht beleuchtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die kindersichere Poolabdeckung. Bei Bedarf wird der Pool zeitnah gereinigt. Haus/Ausstattung: Das Haus machte einen sehr freundlichen und sauberen Eindruck und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefĂŒhlt. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern vor Ort. FĂŒr unsere Gruppe war das Haus von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe her genau richtig. Besonders positiv: - Eingangsbereich großzĂŒgig mit Sitzmöglichkeiten - Im Keller gibt es einen zweiten, großen KĂŒhlschrank - vor TreppenabgĂ€ngen (auch an der Außentreppe) sind Treppenschutzgitter angebracht - teilweise Fliegenschutzgitter vorhanden - viel Platz in den SchrĂ€nken - die Ausstattung ist kinderfreundlich. (Kindergeschirr, -besteck, einen Hochstuhl und vor den Waschbecken gibt es Hocker) - die Betreuung vor Ort haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Es war spĂŒrbar wichtig, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können. Sonstiges: In den unteren beiden RĂ€umen gibt es leider wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten fĂŒr Kofferinhalte, wir konnten uns aber trotzdem gut arrangieren

TrÚs bien équipée et trÚs propre

Ce fut un excellent sĂ©jour avec ma famille dans la villa. Les locaux sont d'une propretĂ© excellente, les photos sont conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. La cuisine est hyper bien Ă©quipĂ©e, c'est vraiment gĂ©nial pour cuisiner ! Je pense que cette location serait encore mieux en Ă©tĂ©, mĂȘme si nous avons pu en profiter un maximum pour le nouvel an.
