Air conditioned studio for 2 people, no renovated, situated at Heliopolis entrance C. 4th floor with lift. Sea view. Living room with 160 cm bed. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, diswasher and TV. Shower room. WC separate. Terrace with store ban. Parking n° 56 in P2.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.

Très bien reçu par le personnel resid qui était très agréable mais par contre arrivé dans l'appartement très bien exposé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la Méditerranée grosse déception, rien à voir avec les photos. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous chaise extérieure déchirée store qui rentre tout seul machine à laver ne fonctionne pas. Grille-pain HS tout comme la machine à laver qui essore pas du tout et le frigo non nettoyé non dégivré les peintures toutes vieilles écaillantes avec des trous dans les murs des rustines de carrelage coller dans tous les sens bien sûr, tout ceci a été signalé dès notre arrivée et rien a été fait pour ( 2400 )une semaine il faut pas exagérer. C'est une honte pour vous de louer quelque chose dans cet état à ce prix là je suis dans en droit. Je pense d'exiger impeccable ce à quoi je m'attendais d'ailleurs!
