Welcome to the "Aquaplage" residence in Cap d'Agde.

Beautiful renovated duplex with sea view, covering an area of 35 m² for 6 people, consists of:

-Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils);
-Bedroom 1: double bed (1x2 pers, 140x200);
-Bedroom 2: double bed (1x2 pers, 140x200);
-Cabin: double bed (1x2 pers, 140x200);
-A bathroom with shower, washing machine, and separate toilet;
-Wifi access;
-Iron, drying rack, baby cot, high chair for children, fan, and board games;
-The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows;
-Free outdoor parking (residence) with designated space No. 117;
-Outdoor swimming pool in residence;


The "Aquaplage" residence is ideally located:
-200 meters from Richelieu Beach (3 minutes walk);
-300 meters from the nearest supermarket;
-300 meters from shops and restaurants;
-1 km from the port.


Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost:

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
