I don’t know how to start to express how much I love this hotel! I was over visiting friends after living in Agadir for several years, and from working in the tourism industry I know all of Agadir’s hotels well, and this is by far my favourite! It’s just a perfect size to not feel overwhelming, and the staff are all so lovely! I was on B&B and the breakfast was always fresh and hot, and unlike some of the larger hotels they use real eggs for the scrambled eggs, not that awful powered stuff! There was freshly squeezed juices and pastries too. The pool area is lovely and quiet, no need to get up early to fight and reserve for sun beds which is a constant war in the other hotels in Agadir. The rooms are really big with plenty of storage Again, for me the nicest & friendliest hotel in Agadir 🥰
Great holiday in a lovely country where the hospitality is very good, the hotel is clean and well presented , the staff are knowledgeable happy to help friendly, the amenities in the hotel is good, in particular the Spa, they have package deals which whilst may be a little bit more expensive than the local massage parlours, you just don’t get the whole spa experience. food was good , but could be a little repetitive. There were one or two staff who would cease an opportunity to get you to use one of their friends or cousin to provide your trip/excursions, there was some pressure attached to this , for example the pool man got his friend to come to the hotel to show you his deals which were cheaper than the hotels ,but not by much, I felt this was a shame as their loyalty should be with the employer, syphoning business only serves to put people out of jobs. Maybe management need to explore more creative and financially rewarding staff incentives for them to promote their employer better 🤔 Also local Taxi drivers will cease any opportunity to rip you off and charge you double, it’s best to check with the hotel local rates .
Terrible hotel. Food is disgusting and the rooms very noisy. The only positive thing is the restaurant service! Management should be proud of them! Do not believe the 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor ! All lies...
We stayed for one week at Timoulay Hotel. It was 5 ☆ all the way. Food superb. Staff helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. The Pool was spotlessly clean and not crowded. Very peaceful environment and the Spa was the cherry on the cake!! Sublime.
My kids and I stayed at the Timoulay Hotel over the Easter holidays and had a great time (despite some grey weather but hey that's not in their control!). The staff was friendly and accommodating and eager to tell us all about Agadir and what to explore. The staff felt like family - both Omars and Larbi one of the waiters greeted us with smiles and conversation daily. When we had an issue with a local tour guide the managing director Mr. Hussein helped sort it out immediately. We loved our view of the ocean and especially the camels passing through the parking lot on their way home from work daily. The pool area was awesome! Rooms and facilities extra clean and spa was a treat too. We highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value for the service you receive. Roxanne Manon and Theo
The Hotel Timoulay is situated at the southern end of Agadir, but a taxi into town is very cheap, but you must barter. The hotel told us the maximum to pay. Staff were friendly and always wiling to help. Rooms were clean and airy, as was the hotel and pool area. On the whole the food was local in taste, but there were European alternatives.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was attentive. However, the food was quite bad and very expensive... and not much to do around either in that ghost town in the Desert. I will never go back to Agadir again.
That staff go out of the way to be very helpful nothing is to much trouble. So clean all over the hotel , Breakfast is ok . Customer service is excellent .shower is hit and miss could do with a bit of updating room is great with a good sea view beds comfortable. You can ask for a kettle and iron at the front desk, I had my nails done at the spa would not advise anyone to have them done took 2 hours and were all chipped within the hour the varnish would just not dry worse ever . Long walk to the marina sea front is very clean with very good restaurant, you can get a taxi out side the hotel for 30 drhs don’t pay any more . Morocco was Much better then we expected as it was our first time would stay at this hotel again .
Our first trip to Morocco and we were very pleased with our holiday. We enjoyed staying at this hotel but do realise it may not be for everyone! * hotel was exceptionally clean and room serviced every day Room comfortable. * breakfast was a choice from continental with a range of cheeses, meats, olives, salad, fresh fruit, yogurt :also cooked turkey sausage, eggs, tomatoes, rice pudding etc *evening menu was varied but always included Moroccan choice - tagines - turkey/lamb/fish/vegetables/potatoes/spinach/pasta/etc *chips only appeared twice in the 2 weeks we were there - not a problem for us. *staff were attentive , helpful and very cheerful *pool area was immaculate and very comfortable with enough sun loungers for everyone *some guests were a little noisy at night but the double glazed windows kept this noise out *air con was adequate *10/15 minute walk to beach *60 minute walk to marina *20 minute walk to local Marjam supermarket *10 minute walk to local Victoria off license Taxis were readily available outside hotel but we never used one as we walked everywhere. There was no entertainment at night within the hotel but we watched films ( in english with arabic subtitles) on the TV Would return again to this hotel without hesitation
The staff at the hotel were so lovely, constantly going out of their way to help us and provide excellent customer service. The wait staff especially were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms and hotel grounds were kept exceptionally clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was about a five-minute walk to the beach and the pool at the hotel was a good size for the amount of guests staying there. We would definitely recommend this hotel, we wish we could've stayed longer!
