We booked five nights here, my wife and our 3 month old son and I. We thought the furnishing was a little sparse in our Junior Suite but found out the second couch that was supposed to be in the living room was missing until the last full day we were there. They were using it for another room or working on it or something. (?) The lack of pictures/room decor must've just been the style they were going for. A/Cs worked great! And the space was large and very comfortable!!! Shower got really hot which was nice (especially for a long hot bath) but could feel slight flux with the temperature when taking showers, not sure why Room service selection wasn't much but food was alright. Love their French fries Breakfast pastries and omelet bar were nice. Would appreciate a coffee maker/machine in the room if possible. Staff were nice, even though think they are a little understaffed The one-hour Spa massage was relaxing Nice enough that we might stay again Slightly over priced in my opinion
We stayed for 5 nights. Great pool and amazing big rooms. Really friendly staff and super clean. The breakfast was good, but only one day of omelettes during our 5 nights. The rooms are so big they could definitely utilize the space more especially on the balconies. They could easily fit a small sofa or clothes dryer on all the balconies a lot of wasted space. Also they should supply kettle with coffee and tea and some rooms slippers and a robe would be nice. The only problem is that not much in that local area. You can actually walk to the supermarket Majane about a 20min walk and the beach is close, but if you want food you need to get a petit taxi into town around 20dr. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We actually moved to Agadir beach club after Timoulay and missed this great hotel.
Firstly i will start by saying the hotel itself is very nicely decorated and has a nice feel about it. The rooms are decent and the view from the top floor is beautiful. Soo thats the good bits out the way lets get one with the bad :- 1) why would you have a swimming pool with cold freezing water ??? Makes no sense to me and when i asked a member of staff about it they was absolutely clueless not one person from the staff to the manager could give me a straight answer. 2) ok now on to the food, if you like bland food then you will like the food however be careful the menu seems to be always the same and some of the food does not look fresh at all. However thier breakfest if you ask outside they will make you frah omlettes which is nice but everything else yuck. 3) when changing money be careful they tend to rob you as in they like to keep your change without u knowing so be sure to check your change. Dont buy anything from the shop by the reception as it is a rip off. Overall this place is not worth the money you pay for. I would recommend the riu tikidas they actually are they best place in agadir for everything, right by the beach, shops and all the food places. The food at the hotel is super. They also include drinks when you go all inclusive timolaya say that they are but when you are thier they tell you that they are not so you end up paying ridiculous prices for a drink. AVOID !!
Having read the good reviews I expected more from this hotel. Yes it is clean but totally lacks atmosphere. I would describe it as a business hotel. It was half full which meant that there was plenty of space but it also meant that there were few staff around when you needed them. The food was okay but not a lot of choice. I had a very unpleasant experience when booking in at reception and if I had not paid in advance I would have left . I will not be returning.
Quiet hotel with spacious rooms.Just a short walk away from the beach. Free sauna access and cable tv in rooms. There is a safe and I must say this hotel was immaculate - VERY CLEAN. This was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach, supermarket and easy to get a taxi around town. Staff spoke good french and english. We stayed half board and the food was really nice. Dinner was great everynight. The only downside was I booked my complimentary sauna in with the spa but when I came the sauna wasnt turned on so not hot at all. I went away and came back but it still never reached a hot enough tempreture. tip - ask for a iron on arrival as we asked on our last night and was told other guests were using it and a iron wasnt sent up to us before we checked out. Overall highly rate thsi hotel it offers what a large resort on the beach wouldnt be able to.
Just returned from a weeks stay in agadir ....5 stars on hotel cleanliness...absolutely spotless all over the hotel Rooms are very spacious...very comfortable beds...nice views from balcony However a small kettle in the room would of been a nice touch ..im an early riser and would like a hot drink before 7am Very disappointed to find that our half board basis did not include any drinks at all with our main eveing meal.... a bottle of water or soft drinks would of been a gesture ..considering the amount of money we paid Very helpful and friendly staff..all over the hotel A good walk from the town centre... so taxi needed most days However a beautiful hotel
Nice and clean hotel , tucked away at end of the promenade, only 10 min from the beach, and attractions. Very friendly staff, the young lady at reception, exceptional, always smiling, and helpful. Omar in charge of the pool area, ready to help, very kind and knowledgeable person, ask him for things to do he will give you tips. overall we did enjoy our stay, a peacefull hotel, with good choice of food. I will be back, InChaa Allah. Nour-eddine UK
This hotel for the price which includes a buffet breakfast with omelet station is a steal! The rooms are gigantic and having spent all my life in the hotel industry I have never, never seen a cleaner hotel than this. You could literally eat off the floors! My only regret are the doors that no matter how you try to close them they slam which of course can awake you early in the morning or evening when you are trying to sleep. If I were management I would do what ever possible to fix this problem immediately!! Also, the Airconditioning on hot day's does not work adequately. Otherwise we had an incredible stay!
First time in Morocco, We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and this hotel fitted the holiday spot on, We arrived midnight easy check in had room 320, Top floor got to the room started to unpack, a knock at the door a waiter brought in two salad meals, which after long day was very welcome, Breakfast was served downstairs you can sit inside or outside, There is a lady who cooks omelettes pancakes fried eggs Inside the dining area choice of cereal, meats cheese bread , There isnt much choice to be honest but is enough to start the day also the proper coffee is very nice and strong, just ask one of the waiters for a pot, The maid who cleaned our room daily always left towels made like swans making us feel special, yes we left her a little tip . The swimming pool is nice and there are plenty of sun lounges and at one end there is beds area, pool towels are out to use, The waiter will come and take your drink orders, also there is no music blaring out, Our room was large and had a balcony we had nice view of the pool and beach, It was the wife's birthday and they made her a cake which was a nice surprise for her and earn t me a few brownie points one of the waiters sang happy birthday in French and Arabic to her, sorry i cannot remember his name though, We ate out a few times dinner at the hotel was alright the wife loved the veg soup other food during the week was cous cous meat kebabs fish kebabs chicken, mini hamburgers, and a tagine fish which was lovely.Would we stay here again yes all the staff are a credit to the hotel
Stayed here with a friend for 5nights. The hotel is very quiet you can literally hear a pin drop, which we did not mind as we were looking for a relaxing holiday, but if you are looking for entertainment I would not suggest this hotel. We only done Bed and Breakfast and I must say the breakfast choice was horrible, we were glad we didn't go half board as we lived off the bread. Luckily the local restaurants sell really nice food for lunch and dinner. The room was very clean and always well kept and the staff at the hotel were nice and welcoming.
