This wad very good place to the maid did a excellent job cleaning our room very impressed with the overall service quality received and the receptionist at the hotel counter was always smiling and looked happy and very helful throughout our stay

A little disappointing this hotel. Not very good english spoken with some members of staff refusing to deal with you and getting someone else to deal with your query.Poor breakfast provided for 55 dirhams when a freshly cooked can be obtained at la fontaine cafe for 40 dirhams.No internet services available to print off boarding tickets for flight meaning a visit to internet cafe in city centre. Hotel at least 35 min walk to centre. Poor bathroom facilities wit intermittent hot and cold water and small soap bars provided. Apartment clean however.

Garbage hotel, awful location. Old, dirty, smelly and worn out. And that’s saying something after 2 weeks in Morocco in old Riads and Air BnB apartment rooms. There is only WiFi in the loby only, not in the rooms. The club in the hotel plays very loud music all night long, even though there is no one in there at all. Only good thing was the lady working the fron desk during the day is a total smoke show, ridiculously hot. The guy at night is a total turd and disappears most of the time. The furniture in the rooms need replaced bad and the sliding balcony doors seem like they were about to fall apart at any moment.

Shower and bed thats it

We arrived at the hotel to a number of unhappy guests, checked in and realised why. The place was rather dirty and the room was quite small. The rooms are NOT sound proofed as it say and rhe nightclub is very loud (wasnt a prob for me though). There were not tea /coffe making facilities and none of the Balconies in the whole hotel locked. During the night i was subject to a very cold draught. The majority of the staff were rude and not very helpful. Breakfast was a myth. No buffet. One morning we asked for 2 boilrd eggs, one eacg and was presented with a half fried half omelette thing to share. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. But its ok if you need a bed. The main strip is about a 15 minute walk away

they didn't have a room the one I did reserve , the give me a small studio it was at the tap of night club , It was hard for me to sleep, but the next day they move me to nice apartment like the one I asked for at my reservation.

i had stayed there few nights the rooms are okay with a basic kitchen and balcony, the hotel restraunt dont have much of a choice the food arent to a good standard and the receptionist is always on the phone not helpful and rude, loud morrocan music is played througout the night from the nightclub downstairs

It was Actualy good except the noisy night club and pub, you would like it if you don't mind getting bed late.and the thing I didn't like, It took them 2hours to bring towels, and spent half hour waiting them to find available room for us.

Cost is high for not very much.

There was a lot of noise from bars, and the air con was not on over 'winter' for us from the UK this was a little annoying as the room was very hot but had to keep door shut because of the night long bar down stairs. prob a bit pricey once you factor these things in also no breakfast included.

basic but clean tidy and friendly

We have just got back from a weeks stay at this hotel, while it has got a basic kitchen area the room was clean. The maid came in every day to tidy and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were sc but had a couple of meals in the restaurant and by the pool these were good. There is a night club located in this hotel and although we did hear a little noise it didnt keep us awake.

Hotel Residence Rehab in Agadir

Overall the hotel was ok. Comfortable just to sleep and have a shower. However at night time there is really loud music coming form their nightclub which is based under the rooms on ground lfoor - very difficult to sleep then. The closet is blocked by the beds - so hard to access. Toilet flush is a bit dodgy. The room is very clean otherwise.

I will not recommend this hotel to any one because its really not to worth to call it a 3 star hotel reasion for that i booked a room for four days in this hotel but i just spend one night in it and i preferred to leave this hote because the first thing which i come a cross was the bed which had a very old mattres i belive and big marks of stains on bed sheet secondly there was A/C in the room but did'nt woked in that hot weather and i opened the room windows to get some air but there was a night club down stairs which had a very loud music could'nt let me sleep and after few hours there was a fight broke out in that night club all i can say one of the worst night i had ever.

Residence Rihab, Agadir - pleasant stay

We just spent one night here as our flight arrived in Agadir early evening. The hotel was adequate, welcoming, clean, and helpful when we complained about a broken lamp, which was soon fixed. Our double room included an electric cooker, which we found useful. It is about 20 minute walk to the beach, but as our flight had been delayed it was too late to really enjoy the beach, also it was dark and after all it was December (2010). We didn't use the hotel swimming pool, but it did look pleasant. Nor did we use the dining arrangements there. We just spent one night there and then got a bus to Marrakech next morning. There is some building work in the area, looks like more hotels being built. A bit off the beaten track, but fine for our needs. maybe not for a family beach holiday, you'd want to be a bit nearer the beach for that.

FANTASTIC

For the affordable price this Hotel was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to others. If I had to say anything negative, it was that the restaurant was very slow preparing meals. If you decide to eat at the hotel restaurant prepare to wait a long time.

A bit quiet

Hotel appeared to be virtually empty! OK it was December, but the isolated nature of the hotel meant the whole stay felt strange. In fact half the rooms were occupied, so where was everyone? Each breakfast I was the only person in the restaurant. In the evening the restaurant appeared to be closed - although I subsequently found out it was open, just totally empty! Had the hotel been in a busy area, it would not have mattered, but it wasn't. The new 'tourist' area, called Founty, is quite away from the main attractions of Agadir. I would not return to this hotel, mainly because of its isolated position.
