Woodforde is located very close to the excellent Morialta Recreation park, a great place for walking, bush walking or rock climbing. It is green and leafy with good sized blocks, city views and close to sought after schools, ie Rostrevor college and Norwood/Morialta High school. It is a safe, attractive and desirable place to live.
Ideally located in the highly sought after and prestigious Hamilton Hill. Shopping and entertainment options a plenty and only a stone’s throw away on Magill Road or The Parade. All of this and within an easy 9km reach of the CBD! You will also be impressed with the 54000m2 landscaped parks, amphitheatre, and walking and cycle trails on your doorstep.
Getting Around:
The famous Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door is only 5 mins driving distance from your accommodation.
8 mins driving distance to reach Skye Lookout, one of the best places to enjoy Adelaide city scenery, especially night view and sunset.
Looking for somewhere new to walk nearby? Only 7 mins driving distance to the Wyfield Reserve, quieter reserves and has some fantastic views as you ascend the zig-zag path to Knox Terrace. Please note that this path is narrow and steep, so please walk carefully and safely!

Great views
A new modern property, was professionally clean and ducted heating so we were warm. Poorly built home, we had a very windy night and the roof rattled all night, some inside doors don’t close or lock, and a bit of a septic smell from upstairs bathrooms when used. A bit out of the way and you’d need a car to drive everywhere. The views are amazing.

staying in this house was absolutely amazing, our only disappointment was the second bathroom upstairs seemed to have a blockage and the shower filled up from the bottom when people showered. there was also the smell that went with it.
