We had an awesome stay here. The location was perfect to travel around Adelaide. Our host was friendly and polite, and was easy to contact if needed.We absolutely loved our stay there, and recommend this place ro anyone visiting Adelaide

Unit showing its age & needs more of a clean overall. Backyard covered in old leaves. Vacuum doesnt work. Vertially no cleaning products or toilet spray. Bathroom very very small.

Peaceful, quiet location.

Well presented 1 bedroom unit, with small dining, kitchen, lounge area. Well appointed laundry. Small shower toilet ensemble. Small fully fenced garden with artificial lawn. Property suited us as we were travelling with two small dogs. Only downside was that there is no doggy door. The property is directly opposite Dry Creek Reserve, so perfect for doggie walks. Extremely quiet location. Would recommend.

A bit disappointed with the level of cleanliness. Appeared clean but the floors were dirty. The pillows were stained and there were no fresh pillow slips and no tea towels. Proerty needs a deep clean and TLC

A Nightmare

We stayed here for 4 weeks while waiting for our house to be ready. When we first got there it was not what we expected (Lounge/Kitchen, bedroom with two double beds and a laundry/toilet/shower) and the back area outside was filthy with over grown plants. In the next few days my wife found there had not been any cleaning under beds, cupboards, chairs, tables – everything really. The dryer made screaming noises when it was on – very loud. The shower/toilet is very small and is either very hot or very cold no matter what you do. In addition, 5 days in my wife wakes up to a cockroach on her pillow in the morning. We then found another under our bags. We contacted the host who just said it’s a once off and nothing to worry about, we contacted Stayz who said we need photos of 3 roaches to do anything about it and no refund would be offered so we were stuck. I purchased cockroach baits/traps, put down, and had 3 dead cockroaches appear in the bedroom in the coming days but in week 3 they were the lounge area. I had to extend to a 5th week stay before we moved in due to complications with the house and after some dialog with the host I cancelled this booking and were refunded, but as soon as the host saw this I receive an abrupt message and no further contact offering any help with any of the issues. Stayz where of no assistance and clearly have no quality control for slumlords who use their services or care about the traveller.

Wonderful Place

Great place for us and our small dog. Enclosed backyard and park area across the street to walk the dog. Stayed here to have surgery done. Would love to stay again for the next one. Sure hope it will be available again. One of our favorite places to stay when coming to Adelaide.

Just like being home

I booked this home for 8 night stay, the home felt just like home when we walked in, there was everything you could want, it’s was beautifully cleaned and so great to stay. The little yard was amazing for our dog and he loved it. My future stays in Adelaide will be this home, it’s close to shops, so quiet. It was an amazing find.
